The housekeepers were nice.
The way that they canceled our reservation without any warning or notice and had no knowledge whatsoever of their job duties.
Worst of worst experience at this hotel facility, they have not honored the rate agreed in booking reservation and taken extra amount. secondly there were no rooms available in livable condition. no cleanliness, no hot water, no proper response to guests for issues in the rooms. horrible.. horrible stay.

I will never book at this place again when I arrived at the property i had a booking for 2 but unfortunately the person I was with someone stole her wallet with her 🆔 in it and we tried to explain it to the young lady working at the desk and she was very rude by the way and very nasty attitude so she wouldn't let me just get the room with my id alone I tried everything I could to get her understand my situation and she did everything not to so lastly I called the hotel and asked if I could cancel the reservation and do a new one and the same young lady answer the phone and when she realized it was me she hung up the phone in my face and a minute later I get a message saying that I lost half of my payment I felt very disrespected and embarrassed I have never experienced anything like what I encountered at this hotel in my life and I most definitely will never ever make another booking with them again

I didn’t like anything about this property
Everything! Filthy everything! Towels! Shower! Toilet! Sink! Dirty mildew and hair everywhere! No remote. Curtain torn. Bed not clean. Look like someone slept in it before I came. Not to mention the spiders and roaches! Never again! I do not recommend at all! I wasted my money! Didn’t even care to take pictures after I seen the bed area bc I was not happy
