La ubicación.
La limpieza, las ventanas tenían cortinas finas y entraba la luz.
Ubicacion perfecta, me senti segura en el hotel y dentro de la habitacion, aire arcondicionado funcionando muy bien y cuando llegue habia 2 botellas de agua y todo los días te dejam, hay un refrigerador pequeno y un sofá y una mesita para comer en la habitacion que és espaçosa
La tele funcionó algunos canales internacionales pero algunos de películas fallaban la segnal. Lo único que encontre que podria haber sido mejor la limpieza fue el lavamanos del baño.
En el desayuno podrían servir una mayor cantidad de café y tener la opción de elegir con leche o crema y poner una porción de alguna fruta.

Mi experiencia en el Hotel Royal Palace fue completamente decepcionante. Desde el inicio hubo mala atención y muy poca organización. Me dieron un precio al momento del check-in y, después de haber pagado, me cobraron un valor adicional argumentando que el encargado se había equivocado. Esto me pareció una falta total de seriedad.
Además, la seguridad y la privacidad malisima. Varias veces entraron a mi habitación sin tocar la puerta ni pedir autorización, lo cual me hizo sentir muy incómoda e insegura durante toda la estadía.
Las instalaciones tampoco cumplen con lo que prometen: el televisor no funcionaba, el estado general del lugar es bastante deficiente y no invita para nada a una estancia agradable. Nunca utilicé el desayuno porque, sinceramente, no me sentía a gusto en el hotel.
En resumen, una experiencia pésima: mala atención, cobros indebidos, instalaciones deficientes y cero respeto por la privacidad del huésped. No lo recomiendo para nada.
