Extended Stay Hotel

I got taken to an abandoned parking hotel.

Hotels.com completely dropped the ball on this one. The hotel is not operating. 3 weeks before I checked in, I started to get emails saying the hotel was closed, but they had the wrong itinerary number, and my booking was still active so I called Hotels.com. They told me the emails and calls were scams and to ignore them! So I show up at the hotel, and lo and behold the place is shut down. 3 hours on the phone with hotels.com, can't find a room and they barely covered my costs for their unbelievable mistake. Never again. Stay clear of this dump and of hotels.com

What was to like..???, absolutly nothing. It was shady from the start, the smell of marijuana all through the lobby as soon as we walked in. The first room entry door wouldnt even securely lock closed, and the second room door locking mechanism had little or no energy in it to unlock. The smell of mildew through the upstairs room was unbearable and the kitchenet cupboard doors came off the hinges. Id demand my money back, but i know how these third party bookings operate.

Extremely dirty and DANGEROUS. Drug deals going on all night. Cockroaches everywhere. No soap or towels. Front desk not staffed when we arrived. Called on phone for somebody to show up. Paint falling off walls, trash everywhere. The shower did work and the toilet did flush. Super creepy. This facility should not be marketed on Expedia for any price.

This property should be condemned. It reeked of mold and filth. The eds were filthy and the whole place felt unsafe. We occupied for a few hours then left and went and found another place to stay. I knew it was going to be bad from the first glance but was in a time crunch for a wedding. This is nothing more than a trap house.

Property was not fully functioning - doors locked, no reaponse- called for full vm, emailed through app nada, security guard said noone is there hardly and it was being renovated and they were hired to secure the site, also said it was a very shady part of town. Still waiting to get refunded the stay, was told they have to get approval from property who claims they were available to accept guests.. but no one was there or would communicate to get checked in.

Roaches were crawling all over the room. I was totally ripped off and no one cares.

Overwhelming smell of Marijuana when I checked in. Construction debris in the hall very dirty. Room full of roaches!!! left after we woke up with roaches in bed the front desk was closed when I went back in the morning to talk to them we did not stay the 2 nd night had to get another room. Very very disappointed and grossed out very unhealthy environment !!!

Had a reservation. Went to check in and was told there were no rooms available even though there were only 7 cars in the lot at 10:30 at night. Place has a seizure warrant posted on the front door. Avoid this place as I do not believe they are in business any more.

Did not help us find another place and while in the parking lot calling other hotels for a room, so called security person in an old dirty white t-shirt and sweat pants approached my son and I in a manner like he was going to hit us told us to leave because of no loitering.

Refrigerator made horrible noises all night, dogs barking, children yelling after 10 pm. Four bugs in the tub at 3 am, room smelled of stale cigarette smoke, tv didn’t work, 2 washcloths and one small towel in bathroom. Grounds are unkept, pool out of service, entire place dimly lit. Was given a room that was not cleaned up after last guest, they did fond me another room which is described above. Would not recommend anyone stay here!
