Hell, it was the worst experience of my life.
Pros:

Nothing, it was the worst experience of my life. The place was soo dirty, it was disgusting. The TV didn't work, the carpet in the halls was extremely dirty with a nasty smell there were bug in the room. It was a disgusting stay. I want my money back.

Cons:

Everything, it was a disgusting place to stay. Dirty , smelly, broken TV, smelly dirty carpets, the roon had a terrible smell, no shampoo, soap, conditioner, no service. It was the worst experience of my life.

Cons:

Reserved room was not available, was given a different room , was only in tne room 2 hours and in that amount of time someone entered my room with another key card. I tried to use the one I was given and it no longer worked. I talked to the staff and they stated " the room was listed as empty". So essentially I didnt get room the room I reserved, the room I was given was also given to someone else with me in it l. I have requested a refund at no charge to me and have yet to receive one. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I like the fact that they are very friendly especially Mr Edward and Lamar they really do generally care if anything goes wrong you let them know it gets fixed right away

Not just disappointing, but repulsive.
Pros:

Room was not what we booked. Substitute room had two swayed, full size beds, not queen-sized as booked and required, with holes in the linens. The floor was sticky, The rooms smelled of smoke and something worse. Cabinetry was falling apart. Walls, doors, lighting, floors, etc., in the hallways also lacked any form of basic maintenance. It was repulsive. Had to cancel and argue to get a refund for failure to provide what was booked. We had to look for alternative lodging at midnight - not pleased.

Cons:

I booked this reservation and was told rooms weren't available when I went to check in that night. It was said that the property could not update the room availability and that booking.com was responsible for me not having a reservation. I paid for the room in advance and have not been refunded yet even though there was no rooms available.

I would sue this place if I could

Roaches everywhere, did not place me in the room I paid for despite telling me they would do other wise also the manager tried to walk in room without notice nor a valid reason. I want my money back major privacy and health violations at this place
