Roaches everywhere, did not place me in the room I paid for despite telling me they would do other wise also the manager tried to walk in room without notice nor a valid reason. I want my money back major privacy and health violations at this place

Bad Business

Location to bowling center and antique store we like to visit when in Richmond.

Cons:

Rude lady at desk. I was told when I arrived there were no rooms available even though I had a reservation because of them being an extended stay, which just changed a week before our trip. This reservation was made over a month before our trip. Did give me my room, but stated there was no TV in the room. Room was dirty, one pillow on the bed for 2 people, 1 towel for 2 people, and being it was a smoking room didn't have an ashtray. We have stayed here plenty of times in the past and this has been worst experience ever with any hotel.

I didn't... stay.
Pros:

I ended up cancelling my room. I checked in, briefly, went to check the room that I already bought. It wreaked of smoke, when I asked for a nonsmoking room. The hallway carpets were wet and stunk, and the elevator was not working. I ended up cancelling and found another hotel nearby.

Overall my swas comfortable could of been a little more clean
Pros:

The staff was kind and sweet

Cons:

The pricing for a week needs to come down because the cleanliness of the hotel is not up to part especially if someone has to stay weeks at a time I paid 248 for fours day than 286$ for four more days a lot of money
