Never stayed there due to hotel not having a reservation for my stay even though I went through book

They didn't give me a king bed. There was only two paper thin pillows. Remote to tv did not work.

The stay was nice and convenient besides those little of issues. Will stay again if needed but definitely want a better

The staff were amazing.

Cons:

The gnats all over the room. The refrigerator not being cold, had to throw some groceries away, the freezer being extremely cold over freezing food. The kitchenette burner not working actually sparked on me

They have a stove and it was close to my job

Cons:

The carpet was dirty. The elevator was always down. The employees couldn't hang out with the guests on off days or after clocking out of work. The employees have one or more rooms. The manager Rachel was spreading lies about me and my husband after we left. We will be suing for slander.

Pros:

The only thing I like about this facility was the lady that checked us in was overly friendly very nice

Cons:

The carpet on the floor was filthy and dirty the paint was peeling off the wall my husband and our room week of urine the shower was not clean we had to go downstairs and ask the reception for spray this how bad the room smell of urine and smoke

Pros:

It was close to some restaurants and my event. The front concierge was polite.

Cons:

The room and hotel smelled like mold. They insisted on coming into my room to exterminate.. So all I keep thinking about was roaches and other bugs. I'm usually not picky with hotels but I have to be now. They went downhill

The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant

Cons:

Dirty carpet looked like pets urinated on it offen and the elevator was out of order I was on the 3rd floor I have asthma that's ridiculous

Fortunately it was only overnight but terribly overpriced.

Cons:

The condition of the room and the bathroom I was not satisfied with. There were several roaches in the room and the bathroom did not have any soap nor enough towels. There was no decor in the room nor do I recall having an ice bucket in the room. Just dismal to say the least.
