Was very happy to get out there the next morning
Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

The rooms were clean but out dated furniture and decor
Throw back to the 70s
We had to give a security deposit and we couldn’t get it back until the manager went up to the room and examined it . I guess it passed inspection and he returned our deposit. I’ve never had that experience in a hotel. I thought it was very strange. Not sure what kind of characters they must routinely have as guests. We were desperate JetBlue canceled our flight last minute and we needed a place to stay at 11 o’clock at night. I will say the bed was comfortable place was clean served our needs in a pinch, Would not stay again.

Great place for a great price
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean updated rooms, nice little Tiki Bar with great bartenders and friendly patrons . Great price .

Clean but sterile.
Pros:

Room was clean and neat and looked freshly renovated. Easy free parking with lots of close places to get food. Beds and pillows were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The room was too sterile, with no feeling of warmth or comfort. Needed a rug or carpet. Desperately needed double glazing and better noise insulation. Right at the end of the airport runway. Needed more flat space for cases or laying out your stuff

Better than most 3 star hotels
Pros:

Clean and quiet. That's all I ask. Having an on-site tiki bar doesn't hurt. And adjacent to a Racetrac convenience store for when the bar closes. Desk attendants were very efficient.

Cons:

Nowhere to sit in the designated smoking area.

Pros:

Rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious, parking was easy, and the front desk staff was friendly. The pool was nice and clean and the bar was fun with plenty of options and a friendly bartender. With it being less than 20 minutes from the beach, it’s a great option. Will definitely come back.

The room was excellent, everything was new and clean. New furniture, bathroom fully modernized, new large TV, new tile flooring...everything was great! You're not getting things like bottled water in the room or breakfast, but for what you pay its an excellent value and the room is top notch and clean. Maid service daily too.

Pros:

The room was clean. We only met 2 staff members and they were fine. There seems to be construction going on with the property. Only one ice machine on ground level. Elevator needed cleaned. The bed was not comfortable.

Near Ringling, spacious rooms
Pros:

This was a good value stay. We asked for a room in the back and we got a nice first floor room that we could park next to. The room was spacious with a comfortable quiet bed, couch and sitting area. It was quiet as well and we slept well. It is located near the Ringling area and was nice to be close. We did not use the pool or visit the tik bar but they looked nice and the tiki bar looked popular. The only issue was a wifi problem one night., otherwise a great stay.

Pros:

The bed is very comfortable, the room is immaculate clean. Even it is an outdoor property, I did not have noise issue. For the price you get it is super value. Tiki bar is nice touch for ambiance and nice place to hang out
