Overall pleasantly surprised by room and hotel upgrades from pre-Wyndham days
Pros:

The rooms have been upgraded fairly recently. The outside of the hotel is welcoming, the grounds are well kept, the area feels safe as it is very well lit at night. I had no issue taking my older dog out at 1:30am. The room has a modern Scandinavian feel to it. It is large, doesn't have carpet (a good thing) and has plenty of desk space, there are no closets, just hooks to hang your clothes from. It was a welcome surprise from the Days Inn of pre Wyndham days. The hotel is in a good location, sort of adjacent to a Walmart parking lot and there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the nearby area. I would recommend this hotel with the precaution of checking your bill during check in and check out as I found a mysterious $50.00 charge on my credit card. My friend was informed at check in of the charge and opted to pay cash for it as she was told it would be refunded upon check out. It was not voluntarily refunded. In fact, she had forgotten about it and thought about it about an hour after check out. Fortunately we were still in the area and went back to the hotel. They tried to keep $25.00 of it because they said they noticed she had not brought her service dog into the breakfast area with her that morning. She explained she'd left the dog with me while she got her coffee and yogurt to take back to her room. After a bit of a discussion she was able to get the full $50.00 back. Her dog had all the required service vest, tags and papers to prove it was a certified service dog.

Pros:

Ground floor room. Even though it was a smoking room very little smell of smoke when we walked in.

Cons:

There was no door on the bathroom there were hinges but the door was gone was awkward Will check the room next time before we stay

All in all I have no complaints. It was clean and they have a friendly staff!

Cons:

When I irrived to check in the young lady helping me could not find my reservation under the booking. Come a sign reservation number. She said it didn't even start with the correct few numbers at the beginning. Ultimately I had to forgo the reservation through booking and check myself in. So now I am out the charges with booking and the charges to rebook the room. So, a credit would be nice!!!

Pros:

Staff was friendly, my son puked in the middle of the night. Staff was accommodating and brought new linens.

Cons:

The place felt dirty, mold growing on ceiling in bathroom. So many leak spots on the ceiling. Room was supposed to have a sofa sleeper but had a recliner instead.

Asked front desk clerk and was told that was a sleeper chair. 😳

Rooms were clean and location was good

Cons:

A very terrible experience two nights stay noise until 4:30 in the morning and when I say noise, I mean, loud music, banging, screaming yelling, both nights. I can’t believe hotel management didn’t do a thing.
