It was close to the highway.

Cons:

We specifically asked for a non smoking room, and when we got into it the entire room smelled like cigarette smoke. The beds had dirty sheets on them, and despite being advertised as two queens they were definitely not aueen sized beds

Pool was closed, this should be noted on web site. fridge was dirty - rust?? Beds were too high, couldn't hardly get my leg upon the bed to get in it. TV was confusing. light switch by bed and light was defective, electrical box half way falling out of wall between beds, asked for 1st floor room due to handicap 2 weeks before arriving - got 2nd floor room. I arrived around 9 PM as noted when making appointment. Took off shoes and laid down for a few minutes. When I tried to get up in sock feet, The floor was so slick (tilefloor) I fell out and crashed out onto the floor. No carpeting, just tile floors. Place was built so it couldn't be destroyed. Bed bases are all metal. Only chair in the room was metal and not very comfortable. Wouldn't go back if it was free

Reservation made within fifteen minutes of arrival. No pet fee was shown on the app but was to be charged. Hostess indicated reservation could be cancelled without charge. No response has been received by credit card inquiries.

The bed was comfortable and bedding appeared clean.

Cons:

The window shade was broken and had holes in it. The bathroom floor was dirty and washcloths dingy white. Shampoo conditioner empty. no wash container ,it was gone.

I was not impressed upon arrival of this property. The place did not look anything like the photos online. We were there with our baseball team and guess what the pool was not working in June. Secondly, we discovered roaches crawling around all over the room . When the lights would turn on they would scatter . I was absolutely floored and disgusted. We did video and turn it in and get refund. In saying all of this we also had to pack up and move to another hotel at midnight with our children. I would not recommend staying here . Needless to say we drove back and forth from home each day for the rest of the tournament .

We walked into the room and a large cockroach walked out. Cigarette burn in the cover on top of the bed in a non smoking room. The room was dirty. We went to reception and told them we were leaving. We are still awaiting our refund. Manager was on the phone and unhelpful.
Pay us our money back.

The cost was decent.

Cons:

The rooms were not clean. The floors were dirty. The toilet in the room was loose and rocked when you used it. The paint was peeling off the door. The room just overall looked run down and needed attention and updating.

Save Yourself and Your Money!
Pros:

This place is despicable! Absolutely abhorrent. And after reading reviews from other guests who have stayed here, it’s not just me. I won’t get into the gritty details because I’ll be here all day. The long and short of it is the room was dirty, I never received housekeeping services (even when I specifically went to the office to request it multiple times), there were bugs in the room, someone’s nasty underwear was found behind the fridge, and my room door was left open by the staff! I’m never doing Baymont again. I’m never doing Wyndham again.
