Very nice older gentleman checked us in at about 320am after leaving another hotel that was horrible. The rooms were clean and the shower pressure was great.

Overall the customer service and staff was very good. Super nice and very accommodating. The toilets were loose in our rooms, the faucets in the bathtubs were super loose. The windows needed caulked (it looked like just foam but no caulk). The floors in our rooms were filthy. Definitely need swept/mopped/steam mopped. The breakfast was the typical
Continental breakfast.

Gross smell in room
Pros:

Room smelled like urine. Was worse smelling turning on the ac. We dealt with it due to being so tired. Next morning I went to get coffee and some breakfast. One of the staff (short lady with Bob haircut) was talking to another gentleman that also worked there. She said something funny, and I giggled. She in turn accused me of making fun of her. I didn’t even say anything. The gentleman stood up for me, and said “no she didn’t” and “why would she do that”. It ruined my morning, and when my morning gets ruined, it carries over to the rest of the day. First and only rudeness in all of Tennessee!

The Air Conditioner and the sink were leaking all
Over the floor. It’s usually a solid hotel with a few knick knacks here and there but this time it soaked all my clothes!!

We've only been here a few hours but I can tell we will get a great night's sleep already. It's quiet, off of the main drag and well insulated. We want to take a walk and explore the area.

Air conditioner in room constantly turned on and off never got comfortably cool. Difficult to sleep with that happening. Otherwise fine. Area kind of run down but okay. Had to drive a few miles for anything but fast food.

Happy at the Quality Inn Hotel!
Pros:

Very Happy with Our Stay at the Quality Inn in Oak Ridge, Sold our Townhouse, & needed a Hotel because was moving to FL & was leaving on Sunday...Very Accomodating with a Room on the First Floor for Our Dog...Slept Very Well.....Yummy Bagel for Breakfast, A+, Super Awesome!!

Great stay
Pros:

Walked in the lobby area and it smelled clean, check in was super easy. Allowed me to check in a couple hours early. Room was big and beds were comfortable. Only issue was, when you walk in the room it’s hot may need to leave the air on. I plan on staying again. Great stay
