Property needs improvement, STAFF IS FANTASTIC!
Pros:

I love the comfort level and how friendly all the staff were. Housekeeping was great about the cleanliness, though there was a language barrier when requesting an extra towel. It is located in a quiet part of town which is very nice, plenty of food options within walking distance!

Cons:

Our room smelled Iike pet urine if the a/c got over 70°. It was a rather unpleasant smell so we kept that baby cranked way down! Also the property could definitely use some upgrades such as new carpet and doors. Our bathroom door had significant water damage and the carpet felt kinda sticky! 🤢 I don't usually walk barefoot in hotels for that reason, but forgot my slippers.

Would not stay here again.

Location was close to several eating places.

Cons:

The bathroom door had a quarter inch of dust across the top, the bathroom faucet was completely corroded with rust, the lamps were covered in rust. The entrance floor was sticky. The bath towels were torn on the edge with threads completely unraveled. The heating system was loud enough to wake you up.

Our check in host was awesome. When we told her it was our anniversary she gave us a room upgrade. The room was clean and comfortable. All the people were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again

You get good value for what you pay
Pros:

Room was neat and clean. Bed was perfect, if not a little firm. Breakfast was sufficient for what we paid.

I would stay here again if it was just for a place to lay my head while driving to Orlando. I might bump it up a bit if it were for a couples getaway, etc
