Overall, it was fair. The property was available last minute. Close to UNF, highways, and restaurants. Staff were great.
Pros:

The property was located close to UNF where my kids participated in Track & Field State championships. This was the second time I have stayed at this location and unfortunately will be my last.

Cons:

The property/room I stayed with my kids had soft walls that felt like there was moisture underneath. Roaches everywhere and the toilet paper dispenser falling out of the wall. Very disappointing.

Overall the stay was ok. There wasn’t anything special about it. Most of the staff was nice and helpful.
Pros:

The hotel was right next to the highway and it was next to a few fast food places. Everything else was maybe 10 or 15 min out. The guy who checked us in was polite. The fridge in the room was a nice size

Cons:

When we walked into the room and there was a slight smell of mildew. The room is small and outdated. The bathroom is also very small. The water in the shower did not get hot and on top of that the shower handle was broken and coming out the wall. The tv was very staticky and there are only a few channels to chooses from. The breakfast was ok, there isn’t much to choose from. The lady who was serving breakfast was rude.

I'd definitely book this place again in the future... with a shower, hehehe!
Pros:

Michael at Check-in was wonderful! And Donna at check-out was Sweet, Great and gave us excellent advise for future bookings! Both were very Professional and willing to help!

Cons:

It was probably my fault but when I booked I asked for handicap room. I should have specified a Shower instead of a handicap tub. It is very difficult for me to try to raise my legs over a tub!

Cozy, Clean and affordable
Pros:

It was clean and quite and the staff was absolutely amazing and quick at check in even with him helping a new employee and the rooms where very clean and cozy. I will stay here again for sure!…

Quite acceptable under hundred dollar hotel
Pros:

If you could rate hotels based on their price, this one would rate higher than I have, for the under hundred dollar market. It's a damn good hotel. It is clean, but looks a little bit bedraggled. The room is average size, has a fridge in a microwave, but for me, no garbage pail?!? the breakfast was nice and had a waffle maker. The staff is friendly. It does have my usual complaint, however, of using communal shampoo, and conditioner.
