Viva a história de Portugal em cada parede
Pros:

A construção é maravilhosa, com um palçacio e um jardim belíssimos, ao lado de um bosque. Imagine-se hospedado em um palácio que foi residência oficial de caça da coroa portuguesa. Isso, por si só, sobrepõe os aspectos negativos. Vale a experiência pelo ineditismo e pela história. Ficamos em um quarto que foi hospedagem da escritora Agatha Christie!

Cons:

Por óbvio, trata-se de uma construção muito antiga, o que faz da estrutura dos quartos também envelhecida. Não é para quem gosta de luxo, mas sim de história. Na nossa experiência, infelizmente tenho que destacar negativamente um funcionário do bar, que nos atendeu com uma má vontade absurda. As moças na recepção, ótimas!

Beautiful location. Great breakfast. Overpriced dinner.
Pros:

The property was beautiful - the palace hotel & the grounds/gardens. It was definitely worth the trip, even with detours due to recent storms. The rooms were good, but the bedding was not (for us). The breakfast buffet was included in the price & was wonderful. The dining room was elegant & the food offerings were plentiful & varied. So many choices & so well-prepared. The young lady who provided table service was friendly, helpful, conscientious & attentive. We would stay again, just for the breakfast.

Cons:

As mentioned previously, the bedding was not comfortable for us. There were no top sheets, only overly stuffed, heavy covers. It was not possible for us to get an optimal temperature - either too hot or too cold. We paid extra to have dinner on-site. Again, the dining room was elegant & beautiful. The service was good & the food was tasty, but the cost was too high for what we got. We felt the better deal was to spend the night, eat dinner off-site, & enjoy the dining room along with the wonderful complimentary breakfast.

Impressionante - história e luxo no mesmo lugar!
Pros:

Hotel incrível. Cheio de história, onde hoje é o hotel, foi a antiga casa da caça da realeza portuguesa.
Vale a pena a experiência.
No hotel existe o Restaurante Mesa Real - impressionante! Arquitetura, atendimento e comida!

Pros:

The Palace building itself and grounds were beautiful. The staff were helpful. Breakfast was wonderful with a wide variety of choices. The grounds and walking paths were lovely.

Cons:

Painters were painting using smelly oil paint and made noise moving equipment etc uuntil late in the evening which was not conducive to sleeping. Very disappointing.

Foi tudo maravilhoso !
Pros:

Local fantástico !!!! Passear pela mata e ver as nascentes de água são programas imperdíveis. Super recomenrdo o hotel. Restaurante muito bom! O vinho do Buçaco é fantástico. Lá comi o melhor bacalhau que comi em Portugal !!!

Cons:

Acho que o palácio merece uma conservção melhor

Mágica e Encantadora.
Pros:

A zona envolvente é realmente muito muito bonita. A localização é incrível e o hotel é um dos mais bonitos que estivemos. O pequeno almoço é muito agradável e com a vista torna-se ainda melhor. A sala do pequeno almoço também é extremamente bela, tal como todo o hotel.

Cons:

Poderia ter internet e mais canais de televisão. Mas como até gostamos de uma experiência mais “à antiga”, não sentimos muita falta. Realmente transportamo-nos para outra época. Sentimo-nos noutros tempos, o que é realmente mágico.
Os quartos são simples, mas remotam a toda a história e época do hotel.

Majestic palace experience
Pros:

A grand palace set in a lush, picturesque forest. The rooms were fantastic, with high ceilings and beautiful wallpapers.
We especially loved the design throughout the common areas, including the restaurant, the lounge/bar and the stairs. It felt like stepping back in time (in a good way). A unique and impressive place to stay.

Staff were exceptional - they gave us a tour of the palace and were engaging and helpful from start to finish. The rooms were comfortable but the star of the show was the rest of the palace.

Cons:

Nothing - would come again to show friends this beautiful palace.
