O local em si é maravilhoso e só isso faz valer a pena. As obras que podemos ver no interior, a riqueza arquitectónica, tudo o que é a história do edifício.

Cons:

Da falta de ligação às ofertas da entidade que gere a Mata. O hotel em si não tem nada a oferecer e acho que falta esse cuidado porque o edifício não deverá justificar a estadia por si só.

Arquitetura do palácio e envolvente mereciam muito mais de quam gere este hotel
Pros:

A localização e a arquitetura do palácio são os grande motivos de atração deste hotel.
A mata do Buçaco e o palácio assumem-se como protagonistas que ajudam a minimizar os déficites do hotel

Cons:

Quarto muito pequeno com vista para uma parede a poucos metros de distância da janela
Climatização inexistente ou inoperacional
TV do quarto nao dava sinal tdt ou quando dava era muito mal
Não havia sinal WIFI
Nao havia ponto de carregamento para EV
Jardins mal cuidados ou sem o aprumo devido
Preços muito elevados para o nível de conforto e qualidade exigido num hotel 5 estrelas
