Pros:

Lovely old hotel in a great location. Comfortable rooms, warm, clean and well presented.
On-site EV charging is a real bonus, but the concierges directions on how to find the chargers was poor!

Most enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The music on Friday night, breakfast was nice. Parking was quite good.

Not good my comfort was disregarded, interestingly non of the windows in my room could be opened.
Pros:

The air-conditioning was not working plus on check in I was told the Airconditioning would be repaired on the Tuesday. They never communicated with me again and there was no discount for the inconvenience or even an apology.

Cons:

I booked a room that advertised air-condition, I understand things don't always go according to plan but when there is no attempt to correct the break down or communicate with the guest then that's just a complete lack of duty to there task and a general disregard of the comfort of there guest.
