Pros:

Location and surrounds are beautiful. Rooms are spacious and pleasant.

Cons:

The carpet is worn and tired. Unfortunately it makes the place look tired and in need of an upgrade.
Room service was unavailable at 8.30pm on a Saturday night and the restaurant kitchen was closed so I had to get uber eats.

The location.

Cons:

It a pretty tired hotel. The rooms are very basic. The rate is so high considering what you get. There is no luxury element to it. Our room was located on the lower ground floor and we weren't even offered help with our bags on the stairs. Overpriced considering the experience.

Gorgeous property with excellent staff.
Pros:

Beautiful setting and stunning property. Lots of places to sit in comfortable surroundings. The pool was also lovely. The staff, especially Racquel were all excellent and so knowledgeable about the area. Very friendly and accommodating. Close to many wineries, attractions and the sea.

Cons:

Nothing not to like.

Excellent bed.

Cons:

The cost is a little high and the rooms are starting to look worn. (Eg, towel hook wasn’t screwed in fell off)
Somebody else’s room service plates not moved before we got our key.

Overall a nice location but limited facilities through weekdays.
Pros:

The property has a lovely location and very quiet. The rooms are spacious, service is good and the food, when available, was very nice.

Cons:

The accomodation is nice but not of a very high standard and is slightly "tired".

We stayed Sunday to Wednesday and did not realise that the restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner throughout our stay albeit the Cellar Room was open for drinks and food on the Sunday.
