Beautiful detail in rooms
We have stayed at 3 different Firmdale hotels in London and love each one. But Charlotte Street has become our favorite. Extremely comfortable and great decor. We always book a junior suite, which is very spacious. Large, very comfortable beds. Large bathrooms with 2 sinks and a great shower. We love the location, which allows us to walk most everywhere (especially to theatre, which is typically a 10-15 walk depending the theatre). Also lots of good restaurants within an easy walk. The staff are friendly and helpful and, this being a small boutique hotel, they remember us. We ended most days with a drink in the library/lounge, which was quieter and more comfortable than sitting in the bar.
