Loved our few nights stay, we really enjoyed the Membership benefits, our rooms were upgraded which is a HUGE bonus, friendly staff who genuinely make the difference, lovely seeing the same familiar faces, concierge Dino is adorable, Matthew is so friendly and helpful there’s nothing better than kindness, the reception ladies are always very nice it makes all the difference, the gent who works as the bar tender was so polite and friendly as was the gent who looked after us at breakfast, super pleasant, friendly and engaging with all guests, we always feel at home here, it’s just perfect, thank you for a truly wonderful stay, we all enjoyed it our Son was very impressed with your kindness x

I was informed one day before arrival through an email that because the Hotel was in renovation, many changes existed to the detriment of the customer (of course). The room was booked by me 1 month before arrival and fully prepaid 10 days before arrival. I am sure that the Hotel management knew about the renovation before...

We stayed here the last few days of our trip to England and absolutely loved it. Rooms were great, bed was super comfy and doorman was top notch! We loved the quiet, yet convenient location. The outside decor was so pretty, people passing by took photos.

Exceptional Staff and splendid service from everyone we encountered. Despite the renovation every effort was made to accommodate our needs.

My husband and I spent a week at The Capital Hotel in October to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. We were welcomed in as if being welcomed home from the first time we entered to the last. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and incredibly charming. Every detail is attended to. This was our first trip to London. Due to our lack of familiarity with the city, we had selected this hotel simply because of its affiliation with Warwick and our positive experiences at Warwick in New York City. We absolutely lucked out on this choice! We could not have been happier with the experience at The Capital Hotel! The location is outstanding. We were within walking distance of Harrods, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace... (a little bit of a hike, but a great walk), nice restaurants and pubs, boutiques,... Our room was beautiful and comfortable, and a relaxing home base during our stay. We plan on returning and staying at The Capital again. As stated, it is beautiful, charming, and convenient. But one of the greatest assets is the people. I wish I could name each employee we encountered because every single one contributed to our stay being positively memorable. Some names I did get were Ariola and Paulo. But, truly, I'd love to give a shout out to every single individual working at The Capital October 3-10, 2025. I would absolutely recommend this hotel, and look forward to returning.

Claudia is simply outstanding, and the entire team deserves equal praise. A warm welcome, true professionalism, and genuine attention to every detail. From the very first moment, you can feel the experience, kindness, and commitment of the whole staff to delivering a truly enjoyable experience. A high-quality service, delivered with elegance and ease. I would highly recommend without hesitation.

Boutique in scale, yet generous in character, where every detail has been considered with care. Deep comfort of a king size bed, room warmed to a restful embrace, bathroom with heated floors that turned winter mornings into something indulgent. Service throughout was poised without pretense. Dinner at the bar carried an understated elegance, and breakfast in the dining room offered a welcome return to the English classics. Michelin- starred Chef Tom Brown showcased his menu that reflected his signature sensibility, seasonal ingredients, deep flavor, and a quiet confidence on the plate.

Went for an award in London & stayed at The Capital.
The welcome from reception was very warm & friendly, Declan & Alejandro are a truly asset to The Capital.

I would say it will be extremely difficult to find this level of service anywhere.

Very welcoming atmosphere, amazing staff , many menus to choose from , clean facilities. Spacious comfortable rooms and apartments always fresh and kept cleaned .

I had a wonderful experience in this hotel.The location was perfect since we were a few miles away from every top tourist attraction.the environment was beautiful and the hotel aesthetic was amazing decorated with Christmas lights.The room was one of the most comfortable rooms I have ever stayed in with a big bedroom a tv a balcony a mini bar and a colorful bathroom .The room was in perfect conditions in terms of cleanliness.The service was perfect and very supportive and helpful which made our experience easier and especially mr Miguel and mr Paulo helped us arrange our activities and covered all our needs ,things that we thank them for.

I stayed in the standard queen room for a couple nights, and it was wonderful. My wife surprised me with this booking for London. Usually, I don't trust her with bookings, but this time she did well. I really enjoyed every moment of it. The staff was wonderful, especially Hannah and Emilian. Overall, great stay, will be back!

Very good staff. Miguel the overnight concierge was great - it is nice to have access to a drink very late or coffee very early. There was a technical issue with the room which was also promptly resolved.

Rooms are very small, but that is the norm for London.

The location of the Hotel is just spot on, perfect location, walking distance to almost every main places in London. The Hotel stuff are the best we have ever seen.

This wasn’t my first time staying here, and once again everything was excellent. The location is ideal for getting around London, yet the hotel still feels calm and relaxing inside. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, with a great night’s sleep.
What really makes the difference is the team — consistently professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming. Thank you to everyone for the wonderful hospitality and for making my stay so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning again.

It was a genuinely lovely experience. I actually found the hotel through ChatGPT, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. The place has a classic vibe, it’s clean, quiet, and perfect for a solo traveler like me. service was great, the atmosphere felt cozy and homey, and the staff were incredibly kind. The location is also a big plus, close to Hardee’s, shops, a supermarket, and a pharmacy, which made everything super convenient.
My room on the fourth floor was wonderful, and I could see a beautifully renovated room nearby. Next time, I’m hoping to stay in the fifth or sixth floor.

A special shoutout to Estella at the reception, she was amazing. Her presence made me feel genuinely welcomed.
