Overnight family stay

- Charging block made device charging easy as it provided multiple power points and usb outlets right on the table top.

Cons:

- Cleanliness
The room is very dated, curtains and flyscreen doors are frayed or torn. Heaps of scuff marks on tables, what was once white is now grey. The washing machine is archaic, requires intervention from time to time when the load is unbalanced or it gets stuck, not sure how common that is but that is the first time I have ever encountered that.

A good place to stay with reasonable accommodation for a reasonable price.
Pros:

The location was fantastic and we could walk to all the restaurants and even the Canberra Centre shopping mall.
The room was clean and functional but starting to look a little tired. The kids bedroom was very small and the master bedroom was spacious and clean. The mattress in the master bedroom was absolutely terrible and needs to be changed.

Pros:

The location is so close to all restaurants, shops and cafes. Apartment is large in size and comfortable.

Cons:

The street noise from traffic and people talking was loud through the night and the mattress was a bit firm for my liking.

Disappointed with value for money and a lack of service.

Cons:

I had been asked what bedding configuration I would like as soon as I booked. It was confirmed as 1 x king, 1 x twin. When I arrived at 5pm the room was 2 x king. I asked if it could be split to a twin in one room, and was advised housekeeping had gone for the day but they can do it tomorrow! The apartments are looking tired and old. I had stayed several times before, but this will be the last time.The two bathrooms both had a showerhead in the worst position possible. Not able to redirect shower head so very uncomfortable confined showers. Giant bathroom but not functional.
Toilet only had half flush working, light for laundry not working.

We booked for two nights and left a night early so we didn’t have to stay in the room any longer.

The room was very dirty, on of the towels has specks of blood on it. The showers have never had a good clean. Behind the toilets in both bathrooms were yellow stains. The shampoo and body wash was held on by tap in one of the showers

Comfortable rooms, good location to access food and Canberra Central shops.
Pros:

Location was good, parking was easy to get to. The room was of a good size and layout.

Cons:

Notice that parking was <2m (lucky we bought the right car). Room was a little noisy, but to be expected with location.
