Very disappointed. Unfriendly staff on checking in. Lounge not comfortable. Was surprised that TV had no internet.

Excellent location. Comfortable beds

Cons:

Very poor response when faulty toilet reported. Reported that toilet not flushing twice before someone came to look then took a further day for it to be repaired.

The apartment was fine, but getting old. Stains on the carpet, a saggy lounge, no bed lamp. It needs refreshing considering the $s paid.

1.Broken microwave.
2.Got a parking notice despite having paid for the daily parking.
3.Staff making up random excuses for charges. I was charged three times. Even though the later amounts were small. But it does show that they haven't get themselves sorted.
