Great location, needs an update.
Pros:

The pool was great. The gym seemed well appointed, but we didn't seem to be able to get the sauna working. The location for us, was great. It was the main reason for booking.

Cons:

The apartment had a worn appearance. While clean, the tiles needed a good deep scour. The shower head in both bathrooms was sub par, with the one in the main bathroom being immobile, so you could not direct the flow. The second bedroom was very small for two single beds. The girls barely had any room to walk around their beds. The sofa in the living room was diabolical to sit on. Very uncomfortable.

Disappointing venue, needs a lot of love and attention
Pros:

Other than position there is little to recommend this venue.
The ac worked and the shower was effective.

Cons:

This building is clearly of an older style, however it has not been given much attention in years. The apartment was bare bones, uncomfortable beds and pillows. The pillows were stained and had no protective cover under the slip. The spa had a huge crack with sharp edges on the exterior prohibiting use without risk of harm. The lounge’s were well worn. The balcony was grubby Being on Northbourne ave the noise prohibited any level of enjoyment to sit out there. The staff were blunt, insisted on $100 deposit on room on arrival, still awaiting the refund to my card even after a call to them. Parking is available , $20 per day and must be paid in advance.
There is no means of communication with reception in the appartments, no welcoming or informative information for the motel or Canberra in the room.
In all a disappointing stay.

Cons:

More attention needs to be paid to the cleanliness. Kitchen cupboard doors were streaky. Skirting boards and corners were dusty. The bathroom floor was sticky. Grout in the bathroom was moldy. The apartment looked a little tired. The curtains in the living room were torn and the block out behind the drape was damaged letting in a lot of light. There were stains on the furniture fabric and the corking in the bathroom was tired and yellowed.
