I’d stay there again.
Pros:

The space in each apartment

Cons:

Check in was late due to house keeping being behind. Spa failed and nobody was able to fix it.

Room was good noise was not.
Pros:

The pool was nice. Parking was easy to get in and out.

Cons:

Being above a major traffic intersection the noise from cars, pub patron noise and McDonalds patron noise and car hooning until 3.am made sleeping unpleasant. I am confident if our room faced in a different direction we would have had a much better experience.

Awesome stay, great location, would recommend.
Pros:

Fantastic staff, I had a specific request from a high floor south east facing room and they had the exact room ready for me on check in. Location is awesome, walk to all the restaurants. I do think parking should be free, not sure wjhy they have instituted a $20 per day parking fee?

Cons:

The building and the apartments are showing signs of wear. I have been staying here for over 20 years to it is to be expected, however it would be good to see a renovation in the future. Also I do think parking should be free, not sure why they have instituted a $20 per day parking fee?

Its price friendly in such CBD location, but if you re light sleeper, highly recommend not to live in the CBD, choice ot
Pros:

It’s very close to the public transport if you don’t plan to drive there

Cons:

I was at the top floor and found it’s very noisy during night time and I couldn’t sleep and kept on been waking up by the noisy cars and motorcycles or other noisy on the road. had to use the noise canceling ear phone otherwise no way I would’ve been able to sleep

Pros:

Rooms was good size, location was great close to city shops etc. Beds were comfortable. Good to have dryer/washming machine in room in case we needed.

Cons:

Wifi was very spasmodic kept going on and off ended up using my own data. They could have had Netflix on tv like most hotels these days do. Broken clothes rack. The shower in the 2nd room we could not move the head around so it only went in one corner bit awkward to have shower.

Pros:

The rooms were adequate and met our needs for two bedrooms. The hotel is well located in relation to the city centre. The front desk staff person was really helpful and gave us access to our apartment even though we were a bit early.

Cons:

The only downside is the apartment was a little tired and in dire need of spruce up including the lounges. Having said that the price was good so it presented as good value.
