King bed - two singles pushed together only a sheet on top felt the crack in our back all night. Uncomfortable beds.

Very disappointed worst accommodation I have ever stayed in and I have been images

Our shower floor was caving in, I booked a two bathroom two bedroom apartment which was dirty. We couldn’t shower in one, my daughter almost fell through. We were offered another room so we could shower in that no help to move or no room to move into with same configuration. No refund offered staff weren’t happy with my complaint, I asked for refund to find another place but they said I would have to contact booking.com to do that and made it sound complicated. I have photo evidence of the shower floor. Room was dirty and bad smell.
