Pros:

The hotel was great! The desk clerk Camelia was a positive helpful person who answered every question and did so in a kind friendly manner. She is a real treasure and an asset at the hotel.
The breakfasts were very good.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. It will be nice when the buildings across the street are renovated and occupied.

Pros:

Comfortable hotel. Excellent staff. Good and extensive breakfast offerings. Great location just off of Rue Victor Hugo. Several great restaurants and cafes in the immediate proximity.

Cons:

Breakfast room a bit crowded.

Pros:

Die Junior Suite hat eine sehr nette Terrasse mit Ausblick über den Dächern von Nizza und 2 Bäder, was sehr angenehm ist

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ist etwas zu klein und das Frühstück könnte einfallsreicher sein für Leute die gerne frische Früchte , Bircher etc essen in der Früh. Die Croissants könnten knuspriger sein.

Extremely friendly comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff are really welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. The bedrooms are oldy woldy authentic but very comfortable.

Cons:

I think a shower cap or bits in the bathroom would have been nice. I appreciate it is an eco friendly hotel and they do say you don’t have to have your room cleaned every day to save water, but if I’m staying at a 4* hotel as a treat, I do want my room cleaned every day.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nice as the location is ideal.
Pros:

Breakfast was a nice selection, the lift was and added bonus as well as the location of the hotel meant it was handy for walking to restaurants or getting the trains / trams to other locations

Cons:

Beds could be comfier in my opinion

We enjoyed our stay very much.
Pros:

Excellent location in a beautiful neighborhood, close to the main train station, promenade, and historic center. The room is large and cozy; the bed is comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom is narrow. It wasn't a problem for us since we are slim, but it could be a problem for bigger people.

Emergency ended in a great experience!
Pros:

First of all, amazing people! We were in a bit of distress as my family needed an urgennt accomodation for that night. We were lucky to get a Family room with a great view of the church tower. And everything was ready for us in no time although it was very late in the evening. People were very helpful all the way.

The hotel and the room were a great surprise. Very nicely and cozy decorated. And very practical.
Great breakfast in the morning.
