Great comfort, great location, friendly staff
Pros:

The location was great, a couple of blocks from the Jean Medecin tram stop, so we could ride the tram from the airport on arrival. Our family was gathering there before an eclipse cruise the next day. They have a lovely sitting area with a small bar where we were able to gather and visit until time to leave for the port, in the comfort of cool air. The staff was super helpful and gracious. Breakfast in the cafe was wonderful.

Cons:

I always wish for more than one luggage rack in the room. With two people and two carry-on bags, it would be nice. This is not unique to this hotel. I have never stayed in a hotel that provides 2 luggage racks! :)

​Given the price point of this hotel, our stay was a major disappointment and an absolute headache.

​Our air conditioning broke down completely. While the staff member on duty was apologetic, the management and handling of the situation were entirely unacceptable. At 11:00 PM, we were forced to pack up and lug all of our bags to a completely different hotel. Nobody offered us a taxi over. To make matters worse, the staff couldn't even tell us which hotel we would be placed in for our final night, leaving us completely in limbo.

​For what this hotel charges, this level of disruption, poor communication, and disorganization is completely unjustifiable. Save your money and avoid this place.
