Pros:

地理位置非常棒 出门走路2分钟就是海边 边上也有很多吃的 对于没有租车 十分方便

Cons:

住宿条件实在太差 标准床大小和行军床一样 宽度一米左右 房间有霉味 浴室很古老 除了地理位置 剩下住宿不太行

料金も比較的手ごろに抑えられる、リゾートでの滞在に適している。

ビーチに近く、料金も比較的手ごろでリゾート目的での滞在には向いている。コンビニやレストランなどもすべて徒歩圏内にある。

Cons:

宿泊ホテルのみに限ったことではないが、グアム国際空港までのアクセスがタクシー利用またはホテルの送迎に限られる点。

Almost everything from location to their hospitality service.

Kinda bit not that cold of their ac,..need to upgrade or atleast clean the ac, but everything is well good.

Choose another place to stay.
Pros:

It was convenient.

Cons:

The beds were rock hard, it smelled of cigarettes. You could hear the guests in the other rooms. It was just not clean and well taken care of.

遅くまで外出されるアクティブな人向けの寝るためだけだったら良いホテル。
Pros:

値段が安かった。目に前に海が見えたから良かったけど。4階だといい景色って訳でない。
セキュリティの方がたまに駐車場の見回りをしてくれている様で、レンタカーの駐車も安心。
エアコンは個別空調で良かった。

Cons:

冷蔵庫が霜だらけで使えなかった。一日目に電源を切り、自分で霜取り作業した。それからは使えたけど。。。
エントランスだけだけど、ちょっとカビ臭い。南国特有なのでそんなに気にならなかったが、気になる人は多いだろう。
3日目の清掃とベットメイキングは忙しいのか16:00でも未実施だったので、タオル交換のみでOKにした。
