I absolutely loved the location. Super close to everything.

Cons:

The pool was a little dirty. Had moss or algae on the sides and the entry steps were slick. Other kids were commenting on it being dirty as well.
The bathroom was pretty small.

Good Location, Outdated for the Price
Pros:

This hotel was in an amazing walkable location for what we came to do. Because of that, we were satisfied. The price was high, so we expected a maybe newer or renovated room. It was very outdated and "broken in", but clean and large.

Cons:

We apparently booked while FIFA stuff was going on and the hotel was packed even though it was nowhere near the events. We didn't expect there to be so many people. There was no food left during breakfast time.

Great Stay in Grapevine
Pros:

Great stay right by the Grapevine Mills mall. The hotel entrance needs better signage. I missed the entrance twice. My room was clean, the room was nice and cold just how we like it, and the beds were comfortable. I would stay again.

Over all our stay was okay not bad, the staff was great and very friendly.
Pros:

The location is great, everything is close by especially the mall.

Cons:

I didn’t really like how the rooms are set up. The wall between the bed and sofa bed prevents the AC airflow to the other side of the room. It was warm in the room despite the thermostat being set at 69 degrees. I notified the front desk and they said they would let maintenance know. When we returned later it was still somewhat warm so we turned the thermostat to 65 degrees but didn’t make much of a difference. The breakfast lobby was extremely warm Saturday morning the thermostat read 83 degrees.

Better than expected!!!
Pros:

I was skeptical on staying here at first due to all the negative reviews online. I traveled with my daughters as a little mini vacation and had a great experience. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, the room was huge and clean and the price was great!!

Nice place
Pros:

We had issues with our first guestroom and the a/c not cooling. The staff changed our room for us immediately. The kitchen a/c was out so we were unable to get food. The pool and common areas were nice and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful
