The location is excellent go shopping at Grapevine Mills and the hotel isn’t too far from the interstate access.

Cons:

The airplanes flying over did not bother me but the noise made it hard for my husband to sleep. Also, the breakfast was fine but I’ve been to other hotel chains that offered more selection, especially for kids.

It’s a great place to stay. The rooms a clean and not a lot of noise so you can really relax on the comfortable beds.
Pros:

Friendly and welcoming staff., great location, clean rooms, the room was larger than we expected, parking lot is well lit. We have stayed here 3 or 4 times before.

Cons:

We didn’t care for the breakfast. They didn’t offer a good selection at all. That was very disappointing. It was runny scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits, gravy. Normally places that offer free breakfast have a waffle make or even pancakes. We door dashed our breakfast. The rooms do not have microwaves.

Pros:

the price convience but it was not what I thought it was smaller than I thought and the bed for the kids was not comfortable

Great location - easy walk to mall/restaurants
Pros:

Staff, breakfast and d proximity to Grapevine malla. Airport shuttle bus was inoperable when we were do to depart. Staff arranged Uber and advised driver which terminal we should be dropped off.

Hyatt needs to do better to maintain reputation
Pros:

Not a good experience for being a Hyatt brand. My first room had someone else in it when i entered. The next room had bed bugs. The last room was handicapped because they had nothing else. The place is rundown and in need of major renovation. The breakfast is not so good and the elevator stopped working a few times. The second elevator is permanently closed leaving only the stairs for a 6 story building. The female assistant night manager has a bad attitude. There is a new manager who is very nice and responsive. Hopefully he will be able to turn the place around but will need assistance from district and upper management. I would not recommend staying here in its present condition especially since there are other hotels in the same price range within walking distance.

Worst Hyatt Experience in 20 years.
Pros:

By far and away the worst Hyatt location I have ever been. I have been a loyal Hyatt member for over 20 years. Never been treated this poorly at a Hyatt location. The hotel was also not clean, the breakfast was subpar, and the staff at the front desk at check in treated me as if he was annoyed he had to deal with me after I was given a room someone else was staying in. Would not stay here again.
