Cons:

They still have a hold on my debit card and it's a big inconvenience. They need to be quicker about releasing the funds on my debit card when I paid cash at the end of my stay.

Will stay again the next time we fly from O’Hare.
Pros:

Convenient, Easy to get to and then get to the airport. Nice rooms. Met our needs for overnight before O’Hare flight perfectly.

The staff was AMAZING and even the people staying at the hotel were kind and friendly.
Pros:

The pool is a saltwater pool, which was a pleasant surprise. The pool hours were 6am to 11pm, which was very appreciated by my children.

Cons:

The Continental breakfast could have been stocked a little more. Everything was running out by 8am.

Staff were really friendly, specially Gina at the front desk. We had a bad experience when out airbnb was cancelled 48 hrs prior our trip but we were so glad we got to stay here.

Handicap rooms
Pros:

The people and lobby area was nice and inviting. I don’t know what happened when we entered in the bathroom. The shower was like an afterthought. It was dark and fixtures were just thrown in to classify for an handicap bathroom. When I took a shower water was all over the floor. I used all the towels to stop it from wetting the carpet in the bedroom. This was an horrible experience. My husband had to stand in the doorway for emotional support because it was so close in and triggered my anxiety. I was very disappointed.
