Please note that the shuttle bus is available from 05:00 to 10:00 and 05:00 to 09:30. It operates between Terminal 1, Hall B at arrivals and the hotel once an hour. The shuttle bus cannot be booked in advance and has a maximum capacity of 8 people. The transfer from the airport to the hotel is free. The transfer from the hotel to the airport costs EUR 5 per person. For NH Platinum guests, shuttle service for both ways is free of charge.

Please note that dogs and cats are allowed upon request and subject to approval.

Pros:

Der erste Eindruck in der Lobby, sowie das Frühstück.

Cons:

n vielen Zimmern besteht Sanierungsbedarf und so sind z.B. die Bäder Sanierungsbedürftig und die Duschköpfe so Kalt haltig, dass teilweise das Wasser aus allen Ecken kommt, nur nicht aus dem Duschkopf. Auch sind Aufzüge seid Jahren nicht gewartet worden (Aufzug nahe des Gym's).

Flughafenhotel ist Top
Pros:

Schon kurz vor Anreise erhielten wir Mails über die Shittlezeiten von und zum Flughafen . Ebenfalls die Restaurantszeiten. Das war sehr praktisch, da man nicht selbst danach suchen musste. Welcomedrink und Snacks stehen griffbereit am Eingang und auch ein Regenschirmverleihautomat sind kleine aber feine Aufmerksamkeiten

Aufenthalt war gut, aber nicht sehr gut.
Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich. Check-In und Check-Out sehr schnell. Essen am Sonntag Abend bestand leider nur aus einem kleinen Buffet, was aber geschmacklich und qualitativ sehr sehr gut war. Sauberkeit im Zimmer war hervorragend. Self-Service Kühlschränke im Foyer sind absolut perfekt.

Cons:

Für ein Bier 0,5 Liter 7,49 EUR zu verlangen ist unverschämt. Insgesamt war das Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen. Silikonfugen teilweise verschimmelt und nicht erneuert. Die Flure sehen alt und ungemütlich aus. Zum Frühstück gab es keinen Bacon.

Very disappointing stay.
Pros:

Spacious room, large and comfortable bed. Large breakfast buffet.

Cons:

The staff was unwelcoming (perhaps because it was late, but still not a good experience). The room had a bad smell and was extremely cold — the window was left open even though it was snowing outside. The corridor was the same: a window left open, making it freezing, and it was littered with trash such as beer cans and snack wrappers.
The bathroom was not clean, as there were hairs in the bathtub.
Additionally, the website states that the bar is open past midnight and offers snacks. However, the bar closed before 11:00 PM and no snacks were available. We had to use the distributors in the lobby to find something to eat.
