Breakfast wasn't as good as before, unfortunately. The bread rolls weren't fresh. Fruit was unripe. Otherwise I had a wonderful stay.

Great stay!

The breakfast was good, not complex, but it has everything you would want from a morning meal.
The kids were happy with the pancakes with Nutella.

Schöne Lage, toller Balkon, schönes Schwimmbad und leckeres Restaurant

Cons:

Frühstück sehr teuer und dafür nicht wirklich frisch. Suite ohne Abtrennung des Schlafbereichs, Bad ohne Fenster. Lange Gehwege

Heerlijk hotel als uitvalsbasis voor het verkennen van Neurenberg en omgeving
Pros:

Hotelkamer met balkon/terras was goed, service was goed. Ontbijt was goed. Prima parkeermogelijkheden en dicht in de buurt van zowel de snelwegen als het openbaar vervoer. Prima uitvalsbasis voor aantal dagen verkennen van Neurenberg en omgeving.

Cons:

Eigenlijk was alles goed, maar als ik een verbeter punt moet noemen dan is het de Wifi. Doordat het mobiele netwerk een wat slechter bereik had was de Wifi van belang . En dat haperde geregeld door waarschijnlijk te weinig capaciteit.

Insgesamt sehr gut mit kleinen Abstrichen
Pros:

Wir sind nach einem langen, heißen Tag im Playmobil Park im Hotel angekommen. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vorm Hotel, Zimmer sauber und zweckmäßig. Pool und Sauna plus Dampfbad waren sehr schön, da wir fast alleine waren. Die Lage ist schön, direkt am Wald, mit einem Wildschweingehege, ein schöner Spaziergang nach dem Abendessen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Abendessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant fanden wir etwas teuer. Essen konnten wir draußen, der Spielplatz war leider etwas versteckt, weiter weg, was mit Kindern einfach ungünstig ist. Auch der eher unaufmerksame Kellner fiel uns auf, da er nach mehrmaligen rufen unsere Getränkebestellung nicht gehört hat (vielleicht hatte er nen schlechten Tag 😉). Beim Frühstück hat mir die Auswahl an frischen Obst gefehlt. Es gab die Standarts Apfel, Birne, Banane - aber bei dem Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet. Gerne frischen Melone, passend zum Schinken und Käse.

Ein großartiges Hotel! Wir hatten spontan für eine Nacht ein Zimmer genommen, das uns mit seinem Waldthema - ebenso wie das ganze Hotel - sehr gefallen hat. Auch der Poolbereich war toll, das Frühstück sehr lecker und umfangreich sowie die Lage absolut ruhig. Rundum ein toller Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Ehrlichkeit des Gärtners - dieser fand das Handy meiner Frau, als wir schon wieder auf der Heimreise waren, und dank technischer Finesse gelang es, mich vom Handy meiner Frau anzurufen und uns somit das Gerät postalisch nach Hause schicken zu können. Absolut lobenswert!!

Pros:

Big room, nice location next to the forest. Parking is easy and free.

Cons:

Staff forcing us to book a second room because of our newborn. The actual room was huge had plenty of room for a cot. But apparently "following rules" is more important than common sense. Might partly explain some of Germany's history...

Buffet was expensive and absolutely infested with flies everywhere, staff didnt care one bit. Disgusting.

Fijn hotel op alle fronten , locatie, kamer, personeel en restaurant
Pros:

Ruime kamer met z’n 4, airco werkte goed, groot zwembad erbij en een fijn restaurant en biergarten. Je loopt vanaf het hotel ook zo de natuur in. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en flexibel (1 nacht van te voren nog datum verschoven ) en voor de kinderen was er een bingo in- en om het hotel .
