The room, number 302, we booked was a junior suite and was not like the images used when booking, it was an attic room with tiny shower and no bathroom mirror. We complained and were moved without fuss to a suitable room, number 202.

Pros:

My German husband suffered an RTA on him motorbike and needed to stay in the area while he could be evacuated home. He was in shock and injured and needed special attention.
The staff of the hotel were exceptional in their care of him, he was very much refreshed by the time he travelled home.
We thank them very much for their attention to his needs.

Stylish but lacking some practical facilities
Pros:

Excellent location.

Cons:

There is no lounge area other than the bar.
The rooms are very small, with very little storage.
The quality of the breakfast was below par for this type of hotel.

Wonderful stay, highly recommend.
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a gorgeous location. Staff are some of the best in hospitality. Very professional and kind. This includes the waiting staff, reception and cleaning team. Great food, thanks Kitchen team!

Lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings.
Pros:

The staff were all lovely and friendly and could not be more helpful.
The rooms were nicely decorated and had everything needed for a lovely stay.

Cons:

The only downside was the pool was very shallow at both ends making swimming lengths a little challenging.
