A great 1 night stay, issues quickly sorted
Pros:

Excellent staff, the receptionist at 11:30pm was amazing. She sorted the bed issue out in less than 5 minutes.
The breakfast was also really good.

Cons:

When requesting a pre made sofa bed and arriving after 11pm with 2 young children (and checking in online), I would like the bed made up in advance.

Prachtig schone kamer, goed bed. Locatie was uitstekend, op de fiets waren we binnen 10 minuten in de binnenstad.

Overall nice room, but not soundproof
Pros:

+ Spacious and very clean room
+ Späti and tram stop close by
+ Sockets near the bed
+ Comfortable pillows
+ Sweet cleaning lady

Cons:

- The room is advertised as soundproof, but you can hear everything from the corridor (cleaning service, people leaving their rooms etc.). This combined with the non-blackout curtains make it hard to sleep in after 8-9 am.
- The mattress was also uncomfortable, but that's a bit subjective.

La posizione comoda per la vicinanza ai mezzi pubblici, ambiente pulito e silenzioso.

Cons:

Un personale reception più sorridente e disponibile con chi non parla tedesco e poco inglese.

Soggiorno a Berlino
Pros:

Non centralissima ma ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Comodo il parcheggio anche se non economico (come in tutta Berlino peraltro). Non ho preso la colazione, decisamente cara.
