Cons:

The air conditioning machine did not work. It was blowing warm air. The staff seemed to be aware of the issue and the room had an additional fan device. It’s fine if there is no air conditioning but it’s not fine to advertise that the hotel has air conditioning if it doesn’t actually work. Not sure how this is even legal.

In addition, the experience of using the garage with an electric car was not great. There was no phone coverage and no possibility to register as a new customer into the required app.

And to top it all off, I managed to damage the car in the tight space when exiting the garage.

All in all a very unpleasant experience for a 4 star hotel 😒

Good place and good value
Pros:

Good location with tram stop nearby, spacious room and BIG bed. Great views of Alexanderplatz and the TV tower. Decent AC and a quiet location.

Cons:

Bed was a little hard (subjective - I know), too few stores or coffee shops/bakeries within 5min radius.

Obsługa i podziemny parking na plus, reszta pozostawia wiele do życzenia.
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, podziemny parking i pomocny personel.

Cons:

Pokoje wymagają odnowienia, szczególnie łazienki. Zdjęcia niestety bardzo podkręcone, w rzeczywistości nie wygląda to tak ładnie.
Telewizory nie posiadają aplikacji np. Netflix, co w tych czasach, miejscu i za tą cenę mocno nas zdziwiło.
