Great experience at The Simone Hotel. Rooms were suites and very well kept. The staff were amazing. Terrific location - walkable to restaurants and beach.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. VERY misleading on Hotels.com site as well as hotel website though. Both sites claimed access to amenities at nearby King and Prince (former “sister hotel”) but upon arrival we were informed they no longer maintain a relationship. This didn’t add up as many of the staff we saw working at the site were literally wearing uniforms with logos for the other hotel.
The tv was not a “smart tv” as claimed.
The cleaning staff did less than a good job. Trash from previous occupants were still in the can under the sink. We asked that this be handled, they didn’t do it the next day. Several days we had the same sort of “minor” mishaps. If hotel has “new owners” they need to actually care and stress to staff about finishing well.

Also don’t believe the pool photos. There is no bar. No outdoor TVs. A few sad dilapidated chairs with no umbrellas. Looks like an afterthought.


Evening cocktails also did not exist.


Will not go back.

What an awesome hotel experience! We were very pleased with the accommodations and facilities as a whole. We made a great choice to spend our 20-year anniversary with you all.

It is a great location on the Island and close to all activities.

When we arrived, there were holes in the walls and in the doors. There was cockroaches in the drawers and on the ceiling, which was disguising. Also when we try to use the toilet, it wouldn’t flush. And the sheets were dirty when we arrived.

Very disappointing it use to be so nice, and it has really gone down hill. Will not be staying here again.

Although Hotel Simone has lost privileges to the King & Prince (we missed the pool access and Hampton Club), the location, courteous staff, breakfast and rooftop pool still retain value in a beach getaway close to the village and East Beach. We will be back and look forward to it.

This was our second year staying here because we liked it so much with nice quiet clean hotel, but great amenities shared with King and Prince. We booked our 2nd trip almost as soon as we got home for the following yr, June 2024 and waited in anticipation for June 2025. Upon arriving and checking in I was dismayed to see my daughter crying and upset wife that we would not be able to use the King and Prince amenities that we had enjoyed last yr due to the business changing management, no one had called or emailed us with the changes and we had driven 9hrs and waited a yr to get this bad news, I even offered to buy an amenities package but no one would listen or show concern. This was not true hospitality after our 5th trip to SSI and being a past King and Prince guest.

The location was excellent to the beach and several restaurants. Very walkable. The staff (Lenny) was exceptionally nice. Lobby decor, coffee and cookies were nice. Loved that it is dog friendly. Very quiet, because it was below capacity. Good air conditioning.

We loved spending our 29th anniversary at Hotel Simone. It wasn't too big or too small. The rooftop pool was great for summertime and the beach is a quick (and pretty) walk from the hotel. The location would be hard to beat. There are several places to eat/drink/hang out/shop within the same block. And parking was never a problem at the hotel - which is wonderful to be able to walk to some great seafood while on the coast. We would definitely stay at Hotel Simone again.
