Good location, good standard of room and breakfast.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. The waiter was very engaging and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Location was close to local amenities. Bed was large and comfy.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little tired and the shower had a crack in it that had been repaired badly. I had to ask housekeeping to wipe the wall between the sink as it was full of what looked like toothpaste splashes. It was sorted immediately.

The ambience of the facilities is authentic to oriental building. Castle room four poster bed rooms a must . Staff so so professional, but you get individual touch. Can't recommend higher if in Leeds.

Cons:

Sorry, 3rd visit can't give any negative comments based on our visits.

Pros:

I like the ambience , hotel is like a home rather than a hotel

Cons:

The fact that we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs no lifts , although ,the staff helped carry Upstairs and brought them back downstairs.

It's the summer, there should be a better cooling system instead of a small fan, I expect an A.C. should be iin place in the rooms

Quiet yet convenient and very comfortable small hotel with friendly staff in Headingley, Leeds.
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff and a comfortable classic and luxurious decor. The room was well-equipped, comfortable and luxurious. Breakfast was fairly good. The location was very convenient and central to Headingley, yet also quiet and secluded.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn't like. Some small room for improvement in WiFi signal and shower pressure, but these aren't complaints - just opportunities to be even better.
