Muy agradable la estadía en el Hotel Crystal
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, el personal muy profesional, el desayuno muy completo. Todo muy correcto.
Tristán muy amable como también las señoras que sirven el desayuno.

Excelente Hotel para una prolongada estadía en Paris
Pros:

Hotel muy bien ubicado,muy bien conectado a 1 cuadra de la Estacion de Metro San Germaine de Pres,personal super atencioso , limpieza muy eficiente todos los dias y muy buen desayuno.

Perfect location, but the hotel itself does not justify its high rating.
Pros:

The location is perfect. It is in the heart of Saint-Germain, just next to Café de Flore. The neighborhood is lively and very convenient for walking everywhere.

Cons:

This property does not reflect an 8.8 rating.
There was ongoing renovation work (scaffolding covering the facade and inner courtyard), and the breakfast area in the basement was also under renovation. This was not clearly communicated at the time of booking.
The elevator is extremely small — even without large luggage it is difficult for two people to fit. With suitcases, it would be very challenging.
The rooms are very small and lack natural light.
Overall, the facilities and comfort level do not match the high online score.

Péssima e não fomis avisados q não serviriam café da manhã, o qual pagamos. Porque a cozinha estava em obras.

Lokasyonu güzel sadece

Cons:

İstanbulda bile en kötü semtte olan otellerde kağıt bardak olur . Oda da kahve makinası yok dandik bir su ısıtıcı var kahveler var ama 2000 li yıllardan kalma kağıt bardak var bir fincan koyamadılar istedim vermediler. Oda da kula copu terlik yok . Saint-Germain de cok otelde kaldım böyle birsey ilkdefa görüyorum

Tesis in dışında renovasyon vardı , içinin de acil olarak yenilenmesi çok iyi olur , eşyalar halılar eski bazı eşyalarda zamanla kirlenmiş , mesela bizim odadaki puf lar çok eski ve lekeliydi, suit oda olmasına ragmen çok vasat bir odaydı , ayrıca 5. Katta idi asansör 4. Kata kadar çıkıyordu , bavulları taşımak zor oldu , bunların rezervasyon esnasında bildirilmesi lazım , booking com sayfasında otelde renovasyon olduğu yazmıyordu ,inşaat çalışmaları sabah 8- 8.30 da başlıyordu , bunun müşteriye daha önce bildirilmesi gerek
