We loved Puerto Morales but won't use Booking.com again or that hotel.
Pros:

We liked the location in Puerto Morales, the rooftop pool, the maids, the room layout and features (except the lack of clothes and bathroom storage) and the proximity to great restaurants and bars. The rooftop bar was excellent! The beds and the TV service were great.

Cons:

The pool was missing tiles and lacked regular cleaning. There is no manager on duty, just someone to check you in and out and deal with fix it requests. We booked two rooms for 10 days, but needed to adjust the stay on the second room to 7 days at check in but were forced to pay the entire original booking to check in. Booking.com blamed the hotel, the hotel blamed Booking.com so we were never refunded for the unused days on the second room. The noise from the street bands was bad some nights. The rooms only had two electrical outlets -- one between the beds and one in the bathroom. Clothing storage was a bit lacking without any drawers; we kept a lot of our clothes in our suitcases.

Pros:

The rooftop pool and bar was amazing, the beds very comfortable and the rooms had balconies, great central location.

Cons:

There is some sound coming from a main street bar on some evenings, we ended up switching a room to the other side of the building to avoid the noise in the evening. The staff was wonderfully accommodating and understanding.

Do not recommend. Very disappointing and angry.
Pros:

The staff was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the location, relative to the center of town, was good.

Cons:

The room we were given was NOT AT ALL the rooms showed on the hotel website or Booking.com. We paid for a King Deluxe room, but what we received was anything but. We were on the first floor overlooking the street and parking. There was only 1/2 of a closet, no shelves, and plastic porch furniture, The only thing they got right was the size of the room, which was VERY small. We contacted Booking.com, who followed up with the hotel. A manager named "David", who neither on-site, nor noted by the hotel staff as anyone they had ever heard of, told Booking.com that not only did we get the room we requested, but that that it was an "upgrade" from the room we paid for. This is impossible to fathom, as our room was totally at the bottom of the line. Whomever was managing the hotel, and from wherever they were managing it, refused to acknowledge it. Hotel staff could not provide us with the name of any manager nor contact information for anyone else. We were given an email for reviews, which is exactly what we are doing.

Przyjemny hotel na kilka dni
Pros:

Bardzo fajny hotel, świetna lokalizacja, idealny na kilka dni :) Mieliśmy wspaniały widok na ocean i palmy z pięknymi zachodami słońca. Super, że oprócz leżaków są też stoliki z krzesłami na rooftopie. Bardzo pomocna Pani na recepcji ;)

Cons:

Pokój mógłby być większy. Było trochę komarów i wilgoci w pokoju ale przy namorzynach i oceanie to raczej normalne ;)

Chambre et lits exigus pour 4 personnes. Il est même difficile de trouver où déballer les valises
Pas de petit déjeuner possible

Nice hotel in good location but small rooms

Great location for local flavor!
Pros:

The bed was super comfortable. The view from the roof top pool was also great. It is a super location. Short Walk to all restaurants and beach.

Cons:

The drinks at the roof top pool were a little weak but that is the only thing.
