Staff was so horrible !!! I haven’t even received my deposit back . One lady said 5-10 business days another days two more days and it should send . Today a lady said it was sent on the 3rd and the 4th which I have not received

Cons:

We couldn’t get a seat at breakfast. The breakfast space was far too small and we would have to stand up eating it

Cons:

When I made the reservation online I specifically requested a room with an ADA bathroom. The room was not equipped except for a handrail for use to step in and out of the tub. There were no other rails for the shower or the toilet. I called the front desk and asked to be moved to another room and the clerk told me that there were no notes for my reservation regarding asking for an ADA room and he would not be able to move me because the hotel was fully booked. So needless to say I was unable to shower for my entire stay due to fear of slipping and falling. I'm am completely disappointed with my experience and failure to resolve my issues.

Pros:

The breakfast staff was amazing! I asked if there were any bananas left and the attendant said no. When I gave her a sad look she went and found one and surprised me with it. Brightened my day!

Pros:

I loved the proximity to the venues we needed to be at. Very convenient getting to places! It was clean and we loved the free breakfast. Very yummy and appreciated. Beds were also comfortable. It was a very smooth process checking in and pleasurable stay.

It was worth it.
Pros:

Great breakfast with real eggs and a good variety of breakfast choices.

Cons:

I did not like being able to see and hear fast traffic on the highway and my room was on the side near it.
