The lady who worked by herself in the breakfast area

Cons:

Reception staff on check in was not helpful. I called to advise I will check in late the guy confirmed could not find my booking after repeating myself so many times & confirmed the booking number. My dinner out was cut short so I come short this out as my booking was paid the day before. As soon as I got there the guy at reception said "oh I found your booking" I was so unhappy as my dinner plans were cut short. Then our room toilet was blocked & reception gave me this huge plunger & said I had to unblock it myself, this then made my night even worse. Unplugging the toilet did not work then we advised the reception who advised us to vacate the room come all the way downstairs then she will give us a new room & key by then it was 2am. My experience the entire stay was very unpleasant that I would never return to a hotel with very bad service.

Could be better.
Pros:

Perfect location for our family event.
The breakfast is great, with constant attention to keeping food available.

Cons:

Glass entry doors were covered with hand prints.
Bed sheets are limp and seem old.
The bathroom sink backed up, mold coming up.

The rooms served their purpose but left a lot to be desired.
Pros:

The rooms were close to each other like I asked. The staff were helpful and answered my questions. The location is convenient.

Cons:

The breakfast was not great. One of the rooms was right under some construction/renovation and they made a ton of noise very early. The rooms were dirty and had a slight smell.

Pros:

Very comfortable beds very clean breakfast was nice. Staff very nice.
Tv did not turn on but we were tired so just went to bed.
Bathroom very clean.

We enjoyed our room, the facility was VERY clean & comfortable, & the staff was GREAT!
Pros:

The facility was clean, comfortable, & the food was good. Our room faced the freeway which wasn't a real issue, except that just outside was a dumpster & a toilet. Not the best view, but ok.
