Good location but needs an upgrade.
Pros:

Very good location for our needs. Close to all amenities. We did some wine tours, so it was a great location for that. Breakfast was good as well.

Cons:

I’ve stayed in several H Inn Express over many years and I did find this location certainly at the bottom for cleanliness. It may be older and it did look like renovations were set to go there so this could be the reason it rates lower.

Staff was so horrible !!! I haven’t even received my deposit back . One lady said 5-10 business days another days two more days and it should send . Today a lady said it was sent on the 3rd and the 4th which I have not received

Breakfast was extremely good but that's the extent of what was good.

Cons:

When I made the reservation online I specifically requested a room with an ADA bathroom. The room was not equipped except for a handrail for use to step in and out of the tub. There were no other rails for the shower or the toilet. I called the front desk and asked to be moved to another room and the clerk told me that there were no notes for my reservation regarding asking for an ADA room and he would not be able to move me because the hotel was fully booked. So needless to say I was unable to shower for my entire stay due to fear of slipping and falling. I'm am completely disappointed with my experience and failure to resolve my issues.
