Everything was great! Very comfortable and perfectly located.
Nothing
I’ve stayed at the Nolan several times and always enjoyed it. The stuff have always been very good and the food is very very good too. Breakfast is lovely. Room is comfortable bed very comfortable everything about it. Can’t really complain the fact that that we had 34° it was quite hard to keep it 15th century place air conditioned. It’s impossible would cost too much just for like 10 days a year and that was the only thing that spoiled it a little bit for us but not the hotel‘s fault in anyway shape or form Staffel brilliant very helpful when needed.
The size of the room
Breakfast fruit salad was basic. Senior in charge was a misery, and she clearly shouldn't be in hospitality.
Room was a good size in a good location, but was clearly ready for a refurb. Ensuite taps were old and painful to use, due to arthritis, and often drenched us.
The snack dinner we chose was basic, but enjoyable.
Ground floor reception rooms very enjoyable to use and the young staff were delightful.
Attitude of senior lady at breakfast.
Ensuite.
Shabby window frames.
The food was good

Room 9 was very warm, so warm it was impossible to sleep even with two fans!!! could only use one of the fans as one sounded like a jet engine!!

Very comfortable hotel and great location at the start of the Cotswolds Way. Very clean and well organised.
Two of the more senior staff at breakfast we most unwelcoming and rude, not very nice to experience or what you expect to experience in this establishment or anywhere. It needs to be addressed!
