Perfect Cotswold property.
Very comfortable hotel, cozy. Good restaurant ( dinner and breakfast). Lovely room
The Noel Arms id in the middle of Chipping Camden High Street. There is a large free car park. The rooms have all facilities including fresh towels every day, tea and coffee facilities. The bed is so comfortable and the bathroom has a lovely shower and bath. The staff are lovely and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Food is amazing. We had breakfast which had everything you would want. The bar and little cafe area again is lovely. Plenty of places to sit. Spotlessly clean. Everyone works so hard to ensure you enjoy your stay. We will be back.
There isn’t anything really. If there was anything I think maybe a keycard to gain access to the accommodation corridor as anyone can get through
Location, food, service and great atmosphere
Anthony the manager was good and helpful
Loved the Noel Arms
Not impressed with sister hotel across the road - manager was stuffy - ordered 4 cocktails totally £60 didn’t even get the complimentary nuts that are supposed to be included charged £7!!! Not the same ambiance glad was not staying there
Location, location, location.
Very comfortable room, decent real ale, a good breakfast and attentive staff.
What's not to like?
Beautiful old property in a lovely village. Comfortable rooms, cosy lounges. Welcoming and friendly staff.

A very pleasant room and it's good to have two comfortable chairs.
Breakfast was good, as were the evening meals which were tasty and well cooked.
The TV remote wasn't working, although that wasn't really a problem.
Great location, lovely bar and eating area
Nice and clean
Room was a bit chilly.

Great location with parking and very pleasant public areas. Nice bar area and outside space. Plenty of friendly staff. Overall stay was problem free.
Breakfast, although hot and fresh, was slow. Buffet selection poor and not refreshed quickly. Pillows very uncomfortable - they need throwing out and replacing. Bathroom was adequately clean but tired and shower head broken (did not stay on the riser). Plastic toilet seat was cheap and naff. Evening meal below par - curry was watery with very dry chicken. Bar closed quite early and would not serve residents after 11pm. All Spa facilities over the road at sister hotel close at 6pm - very early IMO - so we missed out. Not sure the £10 charge is justified either. Overall a tad expensive for what we got but I would stay again if I had to, as it’s pleasant and comfortable.
Room was serviced each day, and we liked the “courtyard” room. Staff in the breakfast room were polite and efficient, and also in the evening when we dined in both the restaurant and the bar.
I reported a faulty hand basin plug in the bathroom, we were unable to use the basin with plug in place. However this was not fixed over the period of our stay, and no apology given that this was not able to be fixed during this time. A plastic bowl could have been used as a temporary measure!
The breakfast items were well provided on the menu, however the “continental” options were a little limited if a cooked breakfast was not wanted.
Lastly, where was Easter in the Hotel? Didn’t see anything to show that it was Easter weekend.
Tolle Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück!
