Wonderful apartment, amazing staff, close to everything, and there is parking on premises!
Pros:

Wonderful location in the West End, quiet neighborhood a few steps from Stanley Park and lively downtown streets.

Cons:

An enjoyable, convenient and comfortable stay at the Rosellen - we love the location and will be back!
Pros:

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Rosellen and have enjoyed our stay both times. The location is excellent - a few minutes walk from Lost Lagoon and Stanley Park and ten minutes walk to English Bay. Also, 5 minutes walk to Denman Street and less than ten minutes walk to a large grocery store. The street is very quiet, and the suites are very sound-proof from the neighbouring suites. The lobby and reception areas are comfortable places to sit while waiting for a taxi, etc. The dishes in the kitchen were new and very nice, although more cutlery would have been useful. The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows and the sofa bed. The reception staff were super-friendly, helpful, and responsive, and the housekeeping staff were excellent.

Cons:

This is an older building, probably 1950’s; the windows and kitchen cupboards are original, not always easy to open and close. The corner kitchen cupboard didn’t open or close properly, but as we were only there for a week, we didn’t bother to complain. The kitchen was reasonably well-stocked with plates but there were no large oven pans to heat food up in the oven. The only other thing I would mention is that the front entrance is not accessible -there are steps, and no ramp. This makes it awkward for suitcases, or if you have mobility challenges.

Good location, excellent value, could do with an update.
Pros:

Location was good - near the park and downtown.
Property is clean and spacious but dated.

Cons:

Furniture and fittings are very old fashioned , particularly the kitchen and bathroom.
Plus a footboard on a double bed is a no no for me at 6’4” tall. Fortunately there was a second bedroom available with no footboard.

It was perfect for what we needed; a place to sleep and relax for a week long stay.
Pros:

Quiet location. Clean room. Helpful staff.

Cons:

The laundry facilities work, but are a bit dated and also used by staff. Not a deal breaker by any means, though.

Heel ruim appartement. Vrij gedatteerd maar van alles voorzien en toplocatie. Je loopt zo het park in.

Parfait pour un séjour à Vancouver
Pros:

Le réceptionniste était très accueillant et serviable. La possibilité de faire une machine à laver (disponible de 18h à 8h ce qui est pratique quand on se déplace la journée).
La chambre est grande et confortable.
La résidence est proche de Stanley Park, parfait pour un run ou une ballade. Et il est aussi à environ 30min à pieds du centre. C'était parfait pour nous

Le fait de payer en supplément le parking mais ca semble courant.
