Passing through on business very nice place will stay again

Food was great, staff professional and attentive. Room was perfect and we enjoyed both the pool and the gym, not something we normally use!

Nice place to visit. Staff look a little tired. There is a lack of posotive aura in the building as a result the service standards struggle..
Generally it was a nice stay and I would recommend this to anyone..

No bar food
No staff to bring dental pack to room
It’s expensive for mediocrity
The grandeur is not matched by the level of service
The restaurant food was delicious

We were upgraded to the older part of the hotel and the room was very clean and tea, coffee and pretzels (a win), the bathroom was clean and had the normal amenities. The bed was so comfy and so we had a good nights sleep and the shower was powerful

Lovely wedding anniversary stay purchased for my son and his wife. They loved the hotel and said staff were very helpful and a high standard of accommodation.

The hotel was spotless and very comfortable, with welcoming staff and a relaxing atmosphere. The spa facilities were excellent and made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a restful getaway.

Our room was upgraded and it was fantastic from start to finish. The only downside was the toilets- they struggled to flush.

Loved the whole experience! The grounds are epic.

They weren't kidding when they said you need to book the brasserie.
They were kidding saying you could eat at the bar (per website) or at the White Lion (staff suggestion).
Only to 4pm and 7pm respectively.
Two huge double comfortable beds.

What a gem, lovely building, well equipped gym and pool with all the amenities, decent food at the restaurant, very charming! Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crewe Hall Hotel and would happily return again if we have reason to stay near Crewe in the future. The building and grounds are impressive and there's plenty of parking. The buffet breakfast was very good and thanks largely to a wedding reception taking place at the same time as our stay, we were upgraded at no additional cost to a lovely room in the main building.
