we had a wonderful 4 night stay, 5 adults + 3 children, excellent breakfast and food, great location, very professional and friendly staff. excellent value for money😀👍☀️
Setting, lovely corner room (11) & pool. Friendliest staff I’ve encountered in a hotel but not particularly effective
Menu and quality of food at breakfast and in the bar was very poor for a hotel of this calibre.
It’s an events hotel so the noise and chaos is dreadful. On our third night there was a huge prom and a tribute night. We were told we’d have a quiet room and not part of either - we weren’t & there was no apology.
Also, golfers seem more important than hotel guests.
Pool & changing rooms need some tlc
Lovely staff everyone was so friendly, pool was great everywhere was clean, restaurant food was excellent.
No fan in the room, on a baking hot weekend sleeping was very uncomfortable. Hotel felt slightly tired and dated.
Friendly receptionist, bed, comfy, air con working, good shower.
The beefeater across the carpark had no chef, our cooked breakfast was changed to continental, it was ok though. No option to get an evening meal, we had to drive elsewhere.
The pillow protectors were very stained, they were sticking out the pillow case so I couldn't help but see them
Loved the size of my room ,and it was on the ground floor with good acess to the garden for my dog.
My room was spotless.
And my room professionaly serviced daily
Great reception staff ,i was helped to my room with my luggage, this was brilliant as I had my dog with me.
I was very impressed with the breakfast Menu ,good alternatives to a full English.
Like omelettes and fish, great to see fish on the menu ,i enjoyed it every moring.
Friendly good professional staff.
Can't fault the breakfast service it was excellent.
Really enjoyed using the swimming pool as the weather was so hot .
Great size pool.
Good size car parking.
The changing room for the pool could do with a deep clean,it would be nice to smell like it had been cleaned.
Quiet, except for the Prom which went on toll midnight
£7.25 for a pint of beer ☹️ outrageous
the garden was lovely and a nice place to sit in.
Unfortunately the room housekeeping was not up to the standard I would have expected. Bathroom had large dead spider in for the entire stay. Dirty coffee cup in room when arrived. did not replenish water. Could not use bath as plug did not hold wa ter, shower could not turn on.
Breakfast on the first day was a shambles.
Lovely hotel. Big room. Food was fantastic in the restaurant.
Parkeerplaats en rustige omgeving
Beautiful location, great pool area and the staff were exceptional especially Gabriel in the main bar. What a wonderful young man, so polite, hospitable and welcoming.
Good breakfast with friendly service
Friendly staff, easy check in and spacious comfortable room
Only really used it to get ready for a work function and then sleep so nothing I disliked.
The Cherry suite in the old Tudor house is soooo cute.
The bed was very comfortable.
The grounds, using the old moat are very pretty.
