We have a wonderful stay in Barcelo Al Jadaf.the location is perfect as it is very near from the airport,staffnis very accommodating and approachable and friendly

The stay was excellent. The place was very clean and well organized, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Ayas and Ms. Kawter, who were very professional and attentive. The location is great. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

Overall, every thing was good, except that the variety of breakfast foods was limited and the room service was not very interesting.

We very enjoy this trip to stay two nights at Barcelo AI Jaddaf. However, we hope that in the bathroom there can provide some small size towels.

The hotel itself is nice and has good potential. However, the cleanliness of the room needs improvement.
When we entered the room, there was a noticeable food smell. The bed sheets and towels also had an unpleasant odor. The area under the beds was not clean, and the toilets were not cleaned properly.

Overall, the hotel is good, but better attention to room cleaning and hygiene is needed to improve the guest experience.

A tired hotel in a poor location it is not good value being expensive. Don’t bother staying there. The buffet uses cheap ingredients and is badly displayed.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel since it also served as the venue of the workshop that I joined. Here are our observations:

PROS:
1. Spacious and clean rooms, beds were on the soft side.
2. Friendly staff, particularly those in the lobby reception desk and Souk restaurant reception
3. Loved the breakfast and lunch buffet at Souk restaurant! Particularly the stewed lamb.
4. Hotel provides shuttle services to the metro station, la mer beach, Dubai city mall, and Festival City mall (see attached schedule),

CONS:
1. Around 2 km away from the nearest metro station
2. Order room service via phone! We tried the QR code for room service in our room, however after an hour of waiting we still did not get our dinner, so we checked with the restaurant and we were told that they did not receive our order and advised us to place our orders via phone instead.

With Faruk in front of house valeting with a wide smile, you immediately feel welcome on arrival. This hotel has got it's unique ambience that is chilled and reassuring. It is very clean, the staff are very responsive, the rooms are spacious and kept very clean. Their buffet had a wide variety of food that was very delicious. There is a good-sized hotel pool and there is a wide television next to it, from where I was able to watch sports programs. We really loved it!!!!!

Farukh is the best he smiles every time he see you. Also he listens to you and helps you is you need something. The staff is very friendly Aya’s and Kaouter the Chef also friendly every day. Dani from the bar. Malindu thanks for the smile.

For a short trip/ business trip we chose for BAJ.
Reservation for separate beds gave us a room in a hideaway corner of the hotel. The fact that we are regular Barcelo visitors are gave no extra advantages about chosen room.
Room was daily cleaned but it gave an overall feeling of overdue maintenance. (even perhaps safety?)
Everybody was more than helpful but the hotel is missing "a spark" , and will not promote it. More than enough hotels in Dubai.

Best hotel nearby to all attractions very good service and staff is polite and welcoming and pool was good.

The front seat told us that we will upgrade u but unfortunately when we reach the room it was Accessible for people with disabilities and when we went back to them they didn’t give us chance and said we all fully booked we cannot change the room even the room was not that clean and we paid high price for it more than 250$ and was not worth it it was first and last time to visit this place.

The bathroom ceiling was rusted and several tiles were worn out. Throughout our stay, the room was not cleaned properly, and while a few staff members were courteous, many lacked basic hospitality skills.

When i check in, i have noticed that the bed have already a lot of black hair while my hair is red. I smell it and it was used. I went to toilet but have noticed that the towel is wet, as if it only being hang after used. The bathroom is very dirty, and overflowing of water on the floor from the drainage. The housekeeping is bad that will take 6 to 8hrs after 2nd follow up to deliver, and after that they will never come back. I think paying 750aed is very overcharge

Very nice and very calm with wonderful people and wonderful staff service. I went there to spend my birthday trip didn’t spend much time in the hotel but honestly the politeness and care they offer is worth every penny.
