The room was very clean overall I really enjoyed my stay, when I come back I will stay there again

Very accommodating staff. Quiet and safe location

Clean, spacious, & comfortable room, with staff that were all very nice and responsive. Great price and location. Air conditioner worked well. Desk area to work at. Breakfast was just “grab & go” bars, muffins or instant oatmeal with coffee, tea or packets of hot chocolate. Guests smoked outside in front since it’s a non-smoking facility. Pets were welcome for a fee. Our key card keep stopped working which required us to go back to the front desk. They did provide kitchen supplies, but must ask for it. Nice area to walk with sidewalks and trails across the street. Would stay again.

Initial room had numerous deficiencies and wasn't clean. Took a long time to check-in even though I was the only person being served. Once the room deficiencies were noted the staff did work diligently to have me moved to an upgraded room the following day.

Room had been cleaned, but not well.
Dirt residue and grime visible on doors, light switches. The toilet had mold and dark brown gunk encompassing the entire under rim. Safety was lax, the back entrance doors did not fully close let alone lock. The entrance was not attended the three times we went into or exited the building.
All in all it was an inexpensive hotel much needed at the last minute, but I doubt I’d stay again.

The staff is very nice, but the property has declined with its upkeep of the property. Each time that I stay there I have to do a deep cleaning. My most recent stay I found dirty towels left underneath the cabinet in the bathroom, the tubs are dirty and they really need new bed linen.

This property was comfortable and beds were comfortable. However things are breaking and falling apart and it needs a renovation. In our room alone the lights would flicker regularly, our door was broken, and the AC was very loud. The location is good and I am not saying I would not stay here again because I would but some things need to fixed and it needs an update

Considering its convenient location near the downtown of Alexandria and its affordable price, I have nothing to complain. Just that the room smells badly even though it said to be a smoke-free room. The smell came back strong the 2nd day even I didn't smoke at all. I think the smell came in from other rooms. The hallway smells badly, too. The bedsheets are clean. The bathroom sink knob is old-fashioned and hard to twist. People chooses to stay in this hotel for its convenience and affordability, and cleanliness can be satisfied.

I killed a spider in the tub as soon as i got there. And I understand that happens. Countertops were stinky. No ammenties in room, coffee, maker, or cups, ice, bowls...etc. Breakfast wasnt breakfast. Its packaged oatmeal and packaged muffins. Coffee wasnt ready at 9 AM and only flavored creamer without any plain creamer packets or cups. Bed was comfrtable though. Halls are smelly, its the carpet. Chnaging hotels for tonight.

This facility has been a very bad experience. Poor communication from staff and lack of cleaning. Guest wonders all day and night in and out of the facility that makes you feel very uncomfortable. I have stayed in another hotel with this company before and it was nothing like this one. I will not be staying there again unless there are some changes.

From the moment I went to check in I had to wait 30 mins for someone to come to front counter. The smell on the floor was horrible.

Victor was able to accommodate us two rooms on the same floor. 👍when checked in

Had to go through multiple rooms, first room the plumbing didn’t work, second room there was no ac, the third was ok but there was no utensils or remote. Halfway through the night the fire alarm went off. Dont think I’ll stay again

I love a lot about my stay here at Eisenhower ESA. Great friendly staff and management, convenient location, comfortable room, beds nice size TV (55”), close to shopping and metro and even the MVA.
