I'm totally disabled, on crutches route to the 308 room was long ways! Tub had mold, a/c fan was hitting something on inside noise so bad only two hrs sleep, no hot water in shower!!! Brought my own drinks they never got cold overnight in the fridge, had to get another remote for the TV only 1 of batteries took one hour to get, got late check out because rental car not ready asked for a cart had to call back for it hour later, lost my Uber had to pay for because of the late cart also my rental car !!! Return policy for using debit card is too long!

The only positive aspect of our experience was finally leaving. The front attendant's rude demeanor was shocking as she abruptly ordered us to go after I tried to discuss our dissatisfaction, particularly regarding my children. She did not assist or attempt to resolve the situation; all she said was, "My manager will be in on Monday; we cannot extend your stay." Just moments earlier, she had effortlessly extended someone else's stay. This stark contrast highlights the terrible customer service and lack of hospitality we encountered. This experience has left a lasting negative impression on me. When the staff member informed me that we were only charged $45.00 for the night and a $100.00 fee for the third-party booking/security deposit, I checked my bank statement. I was charged $212.00 for the stay, in addition to the $100.00 for the booking fee/security deposit.
She refused to listen when I explained that I had booked our stay until Friday, January 2, 2026. Instead, she forced my four SMALL children and me to leave the next day. We had nowhere to go immediately, as we were traveling from out of town and found ourselves stuck in the cold. Thankfully, I was quick on my feet and managed to book another hotel, which turned out to be much better. However, we had to wait until 3:00 PM to check in after being forced to leave by 11:00 AM. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. I absolutely hate this place.
This place was an absolute disaster. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, cutting in and out constantly. The toilet was not only clogged but also extremely filthy. There was hair all over the bathroom sink, and the bathtub was even worse. The kitchenette burners were completely unusable, and I was too horrified even to check the refrigerator or cabinets. After my sons got under the bed sheets, they began itching, prompting me to spray everything down for safety. I spot-mopped the hardwood floors with Lysol wipes, which came away completely black—a clear indication of how dirty the place was. I tackled this cleaning before anything else, which speaks volumes about the condition we encountered. To top it off, we were provided with far too few towels and washcloths. My daughter even remarked, "Mommy, this must be a place for homeless people." My family was profoundly dissatisfied with our stay, and I will not be returning to this establishment. I have pictures as proof.
Nothing. It is the worse hotel I have ever seen with the worse staff. I had to pay for the hotel and change to a different one since it was exceptionally horrible. There were holes on the room and the staff close the desk with a metal window for hours

The bathroom was horrible no shower curtain nails coming out of the doors, in addition to it being broken. And no cookware was provided.

Fairly decent location
Front desk, workers not welcoming, walk past several times and had to wait to even check in for about 10 minutes. During check-in, I booked through Booking.com and they charge me for the room and $100 hold fee for Booking.com that should’ve never been charged which was then charged and still a month out fighting with them to get my money back.
Facility dirty uncapped , a room was uncomfortable bathroom, dirty showers and tub disgusting caked with mildew. TV and Internet, not working had to unplug and plug the TV back in. In bed, very uncomfortable.
