Most of the staff was congenital. I have stayed at Residence Inn numerous times. My last stay was less than pleasant. I will let your corporate figure out their own problems.
Interacting with staff could have been better.
Horrible experience, the 3rd party I booked with chose a 1 bed room when I paid for 2 beds and had the receipt and confirmation yet the front desk agent wouldn’t help me, he only wanted to charge me more money to get into the room I paid for. Greedy business with robots for employees.

It is close to the Factoria mall and location is kinda tucked away from everything else
There were ants. I had to keep everything in the fridge.. the laundry facilities are SOOO expensive. & the rooms are not updated.. I could’ve stayed at a different ESA that would’ve been way nicer and had updated rooms and facilities for less money than it cost me to stay here..

Room and bathroom not clean enough
Room: The room was clean, quiet, and well laid out, with plenty of space and good lighting.
Bed: The bed was very comfortable, with supportive pillows and quality linens—I slept really well.
Breakfast: Breakfast was a highlight, everything well stocked and tasty

Great location, fairly tidy parking lot& putter building.
Not enough parking, cannot see any room numbers from parking lot. Have to park and walk to be able to see room numbers. Room is NOT clean, icky stuff all over the top of the TV stand. It comes off with a little effort, so I’m not sure how anyone would have not seen it, let alone not bothered to clean it up. Supposedly rooms are double checked by a manager?? They did not notice all this either?? Don’t make a point to hang a sign for guests reassuring them that the room was cleaned and manager checked when it’s clearly NOT. Last time I was here there was no hot water to shower before I went to work. The last 4 times I was here I had to pull a bunch of hair out of the shower drain to allow the water to go down the drain. Gross.
First room we stayed in the bathroom was under construction. Second one had a faulty door key twice. Staff member was nice, but overworked, hard to track down.
We loved our stay, the room was clean, cozy, and perfect for a couple.
The atmosphere was peaceful and the staff were very friendly.

I booked 7 days package and stayed only 3 nights. The front desk guy said he is going to refund me $260. After I checked out, another front desk person only refunded me $140. This hotel is not good. Lying to customer. Won’t recommend it
