ground floor- place was clean
trash right outside door often full. very noisy neighbors. extremely disappointed in the fact that I checked out early and got the run around from staff and booking.com. never got an answer or refund of days I wasnt there, including the pet fee. 5 days paid for empty room.

Stacey is amazing!! Me and my fiancé still stay here and every morning we get up at 7am just to go talk to her as we get our coffee. She’s so sweet and kind, she goes above and beyond making sure everyone leaves the lobby with a smile and good spirits no matter how they came in. She’s always working when we see her, if it’s doing laundry, doing room checks, etc. she’s the hardest working person I’ve seen here and she always does it with a smile even when she’s in pain or is having a hard time at home. We love Stacey and she deserves everything this job can give her!

Most of the staff was congenital. I have stayed at Residence Inn numerous times. My last stay was less than pleasant. I will let your corporate figure out their own problems.
Interacting with staff could have been better.
Horrible experience, the 3rd party I booked with chose a 1 bed room when I paid for 2 beds and had the receipt and confirmation yet the front desk agent wouldn’t help me, he only wanted to charge me more money to get into the room I paid for. Greedy business with robots for employees.

It is close to the Factoria mall and location is kinda tucked away from everything else
There were ants. I had to keep everything in the fridge.. the laundry facilities are SOOO expensive. & the rooms are not updated.. I could’ve stayed at a different ESA that would’ve been way nicer and had updated rooms and facilities for less money than it cost me to stay here..
