Much older than expected. Had weird blood looking stain on carpet.
I just should have booked something with inside rooms I feel safer that way.
It was in a convenient location. The bed was comfortable. The water temp and pressure in the shower were great.
From the outside, the building looked great. The stairs and walkway outside our room could have used some cleaning. The absolute worst part was the floor and carpet cleanliness! The flooring and carpet were dark and the lighting in the room was sub par. I showered and walked back and forth on the carpet a few times to get things. When I sat down the put my sandals on, the bottom of my feet were filthy! I'm not exaggerating. My feet were dark gray/black where they had touched the carpet and floors. I took my sandals with me to the bathroom and then proceeded to scrub my feet with soap and water before I could put my sandals on. I live in a rural town and grew up on a farm. I'm not afraid of dirt or getting dirty. But when that filth has come from the carpet and flooring of a hotel room I spent the night in? That is a different ball game.
It was close to where I needed to be each day.
The property is dirty and run down. The good smelled bad and the tub had mold all around it. The floors appeared to have not been cleaned in months.

Room was dirty hair in tub and on counter, floor hasn't been mopped for a while,no trash bags,chairs to sit on to eat,were all tore up and you would scrap your leg,under toilet lid was gross,mattress had a big sink hole. Found 2 dead bugs! No ice,but dirty ice trays in the refg,Flies galore due to all the trash being right out your door. A lady working outside was sorting trash,right by our door..GROSS NO GLOVES! Office door slamming non stop,we was right next to the office. If there had been other choices,we would have left, but due to soccer tournament there was no open room's. Continental breakfast is a instant pkg of oatmeal and a granola bar!!! That's it!

I recently stayed at Extended Stay America Suites at 3700 132nd Ave SE, Bellevue, WA 98006. The biggest problem was the staff double booked the room and a man came banging on the door yelling at my kids that they were in his room. Stacy promised to change our room after another room was cleaned then told me there were no more rooms. While the staff was nice, it was a horrible stay and I checked out and put my family at the Embassy Suites on the other side of the freeway.
The cleanliness of the property left a lot to be desired. The exterior walkway outside my room had what appeared to be a large dried stain that remained there throughout my stay, along with dirt and debris around the entrance. Inside the room, the carpet had multiple dark stains and worn areas that made it feel less clean than expected. While the bed was comfortable and the room itself was functional besides the stench of fermented puke, the condition of the flooring and entryway took away from the overall experience.
This property has potential because the customer service is excellent, but management really needs to invest more effort into cleaning and maintenance. With cleaner carpets and better upkeep of the common areas, it would be a much more enjoyable place to stay.
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, functional kitchenette.
Cons: Stained carpets, dirty exterior walkways, smell of puke, and overall cleanliness needs improvement.
