The location is awesome and quiet, and the front desk staff are great! As far as the room size great! Wifi and cable services awesome!

Cons:

WALKING IN THE ROOM HAD A BAD SMELL! KITCHEN burners for the stove were rusted.. The room has not been cleaned thoroughly. Roaches!!! (Comingout ac and kitchen vents). Mold on ac units. Pulled sheets back on day to leave, and my child and I had been sleeping on top of filthy mattress cover. The fridge was spray painted back white with rust showing through. The bathroom had black stuff and a black spot in the tub where the paint was worn down. Shower curtain filthy black edges and cigarette burn hole. I had to gobto dollar tree and purchase mop,broom, and cleaning supplies along with spray for roaches. They can't/do not give that to you, and the stinch of the room was horrible. I had nowhere else to go with my special needs child. I had no o t her option but to stay. I was over 700 miles away from Louisiana and had very important business to take care of in Tampa/Brandon Florida area. Very disappointed 😞

Disappointed! Will look for better accommodations next time.
Pros:

Location was near to mall and eateries. Room was spacious. TV had plenty of channels. Microwave oven and fridge were useful.

Cons:

General areas of the property was not clean. Bottles, papers, and other items were on the corners near the stairwell. The lounge was quite small and had no chairs or sofa. No elevator to the second floor where our room was. Stand lamp shade in room was broken. There was no soap or towels in the bathroom. Found stain on bedsheet. There was an angry altercation between staff and one guest in the lounge. In general, very poorly maintained hotel.

Worst hotel ever,I could not believe that this was a hotel in the old good USA,dated furniture,stove and fridge were rust,cabinets trough out were falling apart,now for the best part(bathroom),tiles falling all around the tub,caulking and grout lines was black or missing,water dod not drain on the tub,toilet had a black stain line all around,the tnak was loose,door had holes and wood was inflated and peeling off, this was a 1 night stayfor my wife and my self,$204,yes $204,This is not at all what they show on the photos on booking,yes this was trough booking.com,I will be contacting them.please,if you want to have a memorable vacation,DO NOT STAY WITH THIS HOTEL CHAIN,I ask around and all rooms were on the same condition or worse.

Booking is default set to (2) adults, 1 room and I arrived alone. They demanded a 2nd persons ID for the stay. Staff was rude and cancelled my reservation after I explained there was no 2nd guest and stated that’s the policy. Laquita in took me right away as they are next door. As I looked out of the window from Laquita I saw as if there were homeless people occupying the premises on the side of the building. Rejection is Protection.
