The fact that I paid through Booking.com and when I went to check in the staff wanted more money. Second the staff behind the desk very rude very poor customer service.

Wouldn’t stay here again.

It was easy to get to for what we needed.

Cons:

The room was dirty. They had no carpet, but the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept, and there was a dirty towel in one of the drawers. They didn’t even look at anything. And they had free breakfast, which was really just hot oatmeal and a granola bar. And coffee took over an hour to get made even though they said breakfast was from 630 to 9:30.

The area is great and a vey safe place in a wealthy suburban neighborhood. Unfortunately, there was not anyone at the "24/7 front desk" from 1240-250am when i arrived. There was a sign in the lobby to call 0 for late check in, but no answer to the front desk phone i could hear and see ringing in the dark. Calling the hotel number led to a voicemail.
