When I came into the room, the room small like Clorox and bleach . We were inside the room for an hour. We couldn’t take us out because we got a headache. I went to the front desk told him the information that I’m checking out because I don’t feel comfortable in the room and they didn’t do anything. I asked for a full refund and they didn’t give it to me.
They provided a refund for the state of the room.
No one tidied up the room. It’s as if someone checked out of the room then when we arrived to check in, we were handed the room keys. No one checked to ensure that the room was clean.

Dirty floor. Meager breakfast options and no cream for the coffee for the whole stay :(
The breakfast was coffee and oatmeal. More basic than I’ve ever had before. Quite disappointing.
I requested 2 pm check in. I arrived at 1:50 pm.
I was made to wait until well after 3 pm before the room was ready. Because the one request I made was not met, I will not recommend this business.
And I won’t go back and stay there again.

The room I picked had a broken latch on the door and then the room I was put into was just nasty dirty full of roaches peoples eye lashes and it smelled like the room was cleaned with roach spray couldn’t use one bathroom cause the whole bathroom was full of roaches and ones crawling on the counters and floors

Upon check it was one person working the front desk. The gust before me went to her room and immediately came back because it was still guest in her assigned room. Very scary. The person working the desk now left to go check all vacant rooms before checking any other guest in. So myself plus 3 others had to wait until he returned
