The surrounding area was nice
The staff were rude, and got upset that I would not have to pay a pet fee, since I had services dog. They then tried to tell me ems dogs do not count as protected pets. They harassed us on the second day saying there was a smell, and then denied future stays by saying the smell was caused by us, and the dogs.
Kd was awesome. He was very pleasant quick with check-in didn't have any problems. He explained everything's very well. No communication issues.

A walmart is about 10 minutes away.
Still dont like no housekeeping for two weeks. And the only motel I have ever stayed in that charges you $1.75 to go to the front desk and get clean ones. Everywhere else I have ever stayed in my life cost nothing , and I been doing this for 35 years.
Rags and towels are dirty, door doesn't properly lock, no shampoo and soaps, no iron and ironing board, facial or Pubic hair on sink and in sink and around toilet lid add in the front desk lady told us to figure it out when we asked where best to park and trying to find a spot to park we got stuck and as I was trying to get our 7 week old baby from the vehicle where we were stuck i slipped and twisted my ankle. There's no breakfast no gym nothing. Everyone laughs and Noone tries to help. We are moving to the state from NC not new to snow but this treatment is crazy and we have stayed in extended stays before and never experienced this treatment before. I am highly disappointed. We got in around 3am with a almost 4 year old and 7 week old baby and to be treated this way and then to get stuck and to be told to figure it out instead of actually trying to help us we called to transfer our monthly stay to the extended stay 3 mins from the current one we are in because we refuse to stay in one we are treated poorly and one in which is clearly unsafe and not clean at all
