Tried to stay, didn’t stay. Awful experience.
Cons:

I checked in late and the night person on duty refused to check me in even though I’d already paid. I had to look for another hotel at 1am.

I would not stay again. No hot water for showering? No pots, no plates or bowls or silverware?
Pros:

Desiree was a doll and was very helpful in letting me transfer rooms from being next to a room with a barking dog to another room.

Cons:

No hot water for showering. That is an absolute failure and should never be an issue. Who does lukewarm water showers?

Cons:

Everything was terrible. I had requested two adjoining rooms for 5 people, and they didn't have any. I asked for two regular rooms and they refused to rent them to me because I only had one ID. They suggested I cancel and I did, but they didn't refund my money.

Pros:

Room had an old carpet with a smell that rivals old basements. Water was lukewarm. Bed had stains under the sheets. People slamming on doors and yelling curse words at 4 AM. The ultimate no? As I packed and gratefully left, a roach crawled out from under the microwave and climbed the wall. I was locked in but I need to know if Expedia provides any relief for a booking this bad.

my family needed accommodations for 2 weeks due to a family member’s hospital stay at Children’s Hospital. I’m a mom traveling with 3 kids under 10…The room was clean- BUT after our first night’s stay, My 2 daughters and myself awoke to itching bites on our necks, arms and chest. The lock on our room wasn’t working properly- and the activity in the parking lot was loud until late night. We decided to check out after the first night. The staff at the front desk was rude at our checkout. What a bad experience.

Pros:

Upon arriving at the hotel around 11:45 PM, after a long day of travel, I was informed that the front desk could not process my check-in because their computer system was undergoing an overnight update. Despite calling the hotel information line earlier in the evening (10:30 PM) to ask specifically about late check-in, I was advised simply to use the outside phone to reach the front desk, with no mention of this potential issue.

When I arrived and used the phone, the staff member was unable to complete the check-in due to the system being down. I again called the operator line and was told there was nothing they could do and that I would need to find another hotel. No alternatives, accommodations, or assistance were offered.

This left me stranded late at night with nine pieces of luggage and equipment bags, forced to arrange last-minute accommodations at another hotel. I ultimately paid over $400, plus the added expense of an Uber ride. More significantly, I lost valuable rest, managing only about four hours of sleep before beginning an intensive two-week work commitment the following morning. This unnecessary stress, expense, and loss of rest were unacceptable.

I did not receive any prior notice online, during booking, or on the day of travel that check-in could be denied due to system downtime. Had I known, I would have made alternative arrangements.

I was not offered any type of compensation.

Very disappointed with experience.

Hotel manager was acting strange , at check out time he came to the door 10 minutes till to tell us times up , , in which case we were already leaving . He continued to other rooms like a brothel .
