Price good but was not for me. Away from home, u need to feel it is a happy place. Not.
Pros:

Exterior in good shape. Price was very good. TV and Wifi were fine. Walking distance to Target, Santiagos restaurant and Sam's No. 3 Diner with full bar which were both very good. Clean refrigerator.

Cons:

Room was shabby and needs updating. Door was about 3/4 inch above the ground at the threshold. Bed sheet had a big stain top Right portion discovered upon leaving. It went straight through to the mattress so appears it was the last resident's ....... meaning: they didn't change the sheets before I arrived for two nights. No breakfast there, no coffee in room. No coffee in lobby, short desk hours, tub and sinks were in need of replacement. Small single bar of soap, no shampoo. Location was not close to 10th and Broadway where I needed to be.

Disgusting! Dirty and not accommodating! 0 star!
Pros:

We did'nt like it at all! The staff are not accommodating. The shower is not working properly and the floor was so dirty! So disgusting! Never ever recommend this hotel! It's a nightmare! It's the worst hotel we ever stayed!

Its ok,customer service could be better!
Pros:

Price and location, my car is in the shop at Brakes Plus,so its close by for the night,not much homeless bums lurking around,staff is decent,

Cons:

just one guy working basically with no customer service, seems like he was rushing instead of interacting, engaging with the customers.
Could use more than one soap,but its chill.

Extremely dissappointed in the quality of the room.
Pros:

No breakfast here as far as I know.

Cons:

The Kitchen and bathroom cabinets are delaminating. Some of the laminate counter tops are also delaminating. The side panels above the kitchen countertops are peeling off. There were no drain covers on either the bathroom sink or tub/ shower unit. The bathroom vanity top and sink is absolutely worn out. The refrigerator is dented severely.
I had to wedge a piece of folded up paper, in between the edge of the exterior door, and the door jamb the keep it closed to keep out the cold air. It was an eye-opening stay, as I didn't sleep very well there. I would appreciate some compensation.

Pretty good!
