Trash and empty liquor bottles in the cabinet, room smelled like cigarette smoke, I asked for extra pillows and they were delivered without pillow cases. No one available to check out with the next morning.

The TV remote did not work. The bath tub was not cleaned well. You could still see hair stuck to the sides. The bath mat had a shoe print on it, like it was stained. The door made a horrible sound every time you opened and closed it.
