Pros:

They kept the grass cut and picked up any littler

Cons:

When I would go to ask for stuff like bed sheets or even towels there was on receptionist that had an attitude about giving the stuff I need. The wall are super thin and can hear your neighbors snoring.

decent price, wouldnt stay here for a long time

the location is the best thing about this hotel

Cons:

pillows were dirty
sheets were not washed. (found hairs from previous tenants)
the counter tops were literally broken
cabinets in rough shape

Pros:

Was able to do a last minute booking with no problem and the staff was accommodating. The room was spacious and cleaned. After traveling all morning, I was able to get a good night's sleep.

Cons:

The other guests hang out in the parking lot and along the walkway loud during the night. The water from the toilet was running throughout the night and very loud and disturbing
