The front desk person was very nice and the bed was comfortable

Cons:

It had snowed 3 days earlier and the parking lot had not been plowed. The automatic doors for handicap were not functioning. The floors throughout the hotel were filthy, the room we had smelled horrible and the condition of the room was terrible. Booking.com should be more careful with the types of hotels they promote!

Worst Extended Stay Ever

Nothing went well frankly

Cons:

We booked two rooms for performers from out of state who were in an event of ours. Both performers experienced horrific rooms including one that was out of service. Holes in the walls, TVs with no remotes, hair on the towels, and beds that were slept in. Stay as far away from this hotel as possible.
