Better service
Pros:

The staff at the front desk were nice.

Cons:

The entrances and hallways could be a little cleaner. All the carpets, doors, and elevators could use a good scrub. I found an old washcloth behind the shower curtain. Not happy about that at all. I understand that they were short staffed...

I wouldn't stay here again.
Pros:

Close to where I needed to go. Price. Clean.

Cons:

Kind of a dive. One elevator didn't work. So I used the stairs. Room was clean but shabby. Appeared to provide housing for the disabled and homeless. People camping in the parking lot.

This was more like a tenement project than a hotel.
Cons:

Cockroaches, repair work not finished or vacuumed up, and faulty key cards.

Definitely would not pick this property again in the future.
Pros:

The only thing I found positive was the location for what our need was.

Cons:

Felt like the place was dated. The room was cramped and uncomfortable. The smell of someone smoking something carried through the property. The amenities were non existent

Definitely not as kept up with as it used to be. Definitely need to bring in pest control with the long term residents.
Pros:

We only chose this hotel for the kitchenette.

Cons:

The fridge didn’t work in the room, staff offered to change the room but we were already settled in and made do. The next stay, there were roaches under the kitchen sink.

Disappointing
Pros:

The whole building needs some upgrades. The floor left my feet black on the bottom...like it had been swept but not mopped in a very long time. There was hair on the toilet, and the bathtub was stained black from non slip stickers being removed. I didn't" even use it because it was gross.The whole room smelled like mildew. The breakfast was disappointing. There was no coffee or tea bags. There was hot water and hot chocolate. The inside lock on the door was coming off the hinge.The bed and extra pillow were very comfortable so I did get a good night's sleep. The staff was really nice. I usually don't like to complain but you asked. I stayed there years ago and it was great but I won't be staying there again.

Need my money back
Pros:

I canceled next day and I never received my money back i call several times and nothing very dirty room with nasty bathroom walls super dirty everywhere was dirty smelling like cigarettes and I have my 2 kids the pictures they show in internet nothing like the real life

Great stay!
Pros:

All of the staff were friendly, courteous, & extremely helpful :) Brandi went above & beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed during my stay! And my room was spotlessly clean when I checked in thanks to Lakiera in housekeeping :) I would definitely recommend this location to fellow travelers!
