Great location close to lots of shops & restaurants. There was enough grass for pets. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. This hotel has lot of potential but needs some help.
There was lots of trash just left on the floor in the elevator & lobby. There was used soap & body lotion in my bathroom when I check in. The hotel had a pot smell in the hallways. There was no one manning the desk when I check in, in the afternoon, they were very short staffed.
Clean bed. That was the only positive part
Facilities were a complete wreck: broken lamps/curtain/hooks, moldy shower grout, broken and dirty toilet, shower sink was clogged, and there was a weird smell
Was overbooked and they didn’t send any notification had no front desk working. Had to walk into the hotel to find out it was overbooked!
Worst place i have stayed...people are sitting in corridor, hotel receptionist does not know anything, rooms are dirty...I dont know how ro express how bad the situation is

I didn't like it about the place but Sam's club was right behind them.
I didn't like anything with this reservation. this was a complete waste of time. I should have just kept my reservation with SpringHill Suites but they didn't have a kitchen that I needed to use. the big burner in the kitchen never worked. which made cooking take twice as long because it's small burner took forever to get hot. and then the first night that we were cooking roaches started coming out everywhere. and then I went back up there to tell them at the front they told me that there was nothing that they could do except call an exterminator that wouldn't show up until after our reservation was over. on the morning that we had to leave they asked us if we would like to extend I just walked away. and there's only two people that work the front desk now so there's nobody there from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. the room that I got I didn't like anything about it. it's wasn't what we booked and I had to pay more to get a room with 2 beds. . sheets stained hair in linens including the towels. there wasn't a time we got a towel back without hair in it. the bathroom the light fixture kept shocking us because of all the condensation is going to take a shower so it felt like more of being oozed by a electrical fence. we booked a room that had three beds in it and the first room I was showed it only had a king bed and a sofa bed. the second room that they gave us it had two full size beds not even clean beds and two of us had to sleep on the floor because we couldn't fit.
I liked the price. The beds were clean and comfortable. I liked that a kitchenette was available. The air conditioner worked beautifully,.
The room was in disrepair. There was a need for some upkeep in the countertops (bathroom and kitchen) and there were cabinet doors that were in disrepair. Some painting of was also needed.
The location is ok. I had to wait a while to check in, but probably just because they were busy at the time. They didn’t have breakfast, but it was a good value otherwise.
Staff was nice..room was great, clean and so nice to have the full kitchen..wish it had a stove but I brought my little air fryer..
Nice outside area..good room..nice sized rooms..

King deluxe suite was very comfortable in comparison to the other rooms.
