The stay has been good so far. I feel safe at this location and the staff are very helpful and nice.

A maintenance worker opened the door to my room. You'd think they would know what rooms are occupied. I told the front desk, but no concern was shown
At 12:30am the next morning, people were fighting in the hallway and throwing what sounded like pots and pans at each other, cursing the whole time.
They charge $25 per night for dogs, of which I have two. My experience with much nicer hotels is they charge once for up to 7 nights.
Two different housekeepers knocked on my door, asking when I was checking out. It's the only time my dogs bark and I don't want to bother people. Again, there seems to be a lack of communication to staff.
Finally, I kept finding black hairs in the bathroom. Neither my dogs nor I have black hair.

Not worth it I paid $250 for the first night. Hyatt hotels charge less and have a hot breakfast.
Cons:

Shortly after I checked in, a maintenance man opened my door. He was apologetic, but the person I spoke to at the front desk did not care.
At 12:30am the following morning, I was awakened to the sounds of a fight in the hallway, much cursing, and the sounds of things being thrown.
I also kept finding black hairs in the bathroom. And I had to pay $50 per night for my two small dogs. Hyatt charges $100 for seven nights.
Too noisy, not very clean, and too many safety issues.

Wouldn’t recommend very run down
Pros:

The room definitely could use some tlc as did the rest of the property. Shower wasn’t very clean nor was the rest of the bathroom. An old moldy bag from Burger King was found in the kitchen cabinet and the counter edge was peeling off. Paint chips everywhere in the room. Beds were hard as rocks and the pillows flat as pancakes. Unfortunately will not stay here again. On the upside the staff at the property was very kind and friendly.
