Any damage to linens, including pillows, bedsheets, duvets, or towels, caused by guests will incur a charge ranging from USD 15 to USD 40, depending on the item.

For stays of fewer than 7 days, a one‑time housekeeping fee of USD 10 may apply and is payable at the property.
A refundable security deposit is required at the time of check-in. For stays of up to 7 days, a deposit of USD 50 will be collected, while stays exceeding 7 days will require a deposit of USD 100. The full deposit amount will be refunded upon checkout.
The property's reception opening hours are from 09:00 to 22:00 on weekdays from Monday to Friday and from 10:00 to 22:00 on weekends, Saturday and Sunday. This property does not operate a 24‑hour front desk.

Staff stayed unpayed to inform guests that the cleaning shift had walked out since the manager hadn't payed them. Therefore rooms were not clean and not available.
Staff was exceptionally nice
We were able to book rooms even though the hotel was not in a state able to rent

Nothing there were bugs and the room was filthy

Smell
Not much.
I registered at the front desk and when I went to my room, somebody was already occupying that room. They gave me a different room which had a funky smell. They called me and said they needed to transfer me into a different room which is now the third room. Chipped paint, the floors could’ve been cleaner, the towels had stains. Not impressed!
Great location close to lots of shops & restaurants. There was enough grass for pets. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. This hotel has lot of potential but needs some help.
There was lots of trash just left on the floor in the elevator & lobby. There was used soap & body lotion in my bathroom when I check in. The hotel had a pot smell in the hallways. There was no one manning the desk when I check in, in the afternoon, they were very short staffed.
Clean bed. That was the only positive part
Facilities were a complete wreck: broken lamps/curtain/hooks, moldy shower grout, broken and dirty toilet, shower sink was clogged, and there was a weird smell
Was overbooked and they didn’t send any notification had no front desk working. Had to walk into the hotel to find out it was overbooked!
Worst place i have stayed...people are sitting in corridor, hotel receptionist does not know anything, rooms are dirty...I dont know how ro express how bad the situation is
