Pros:

Close to airport for transfers. Availability at late time of day.

Cons:

Was advised we could extend our stay by one staff member, but then told could not by another. Communication was not good.

Very nice
Pros:

I was visiting a family member and it was convenient for us. Plus Stay America was accommodating to our little dog. Also it was convenient to have Ralph's easily accessible.

Cons:

I think the pet fees were higher than they should be but I understand that not all pets are the same. I feel that the fee for our dog, (which is 11lbs and a good traveler that is respectful to property, people, and other pets.) was high in relation to our fee for the room. This however is not a deal breaker to future stays.
