Overall good value and it’s close to everything, felt safe.
Pros:

Clean, safe, easy to park, walking distance to a lot of places, slight breakfast available. TV and WiFi worked great, kitchenette was useful, instructions for anything else was provided in the room on a print out.

Cons:

Have to pay for parking. Stopper for tub didn’t work.

Pros:

Staff are stealing items from my room. The monthly rate to stay here is $3500 a month which is absolutely absurd. That's more than what most people pay towards a mortgage out here.

Very nice
Pros:

I was visiting a family member and it was convenient for us. Plus Stay America was accommodating to our little dog. Also it was convenient to have Ralph's easily accessible.

Cons:

I think the pet fees were higher than they should be but I understand that not all pets are the same. I feel that the fee for our dog, (which is 11lbs and a good traveler that is respectful to property, people, and other pets.) was high in relation to our fee for the room. This however is not a deal breaker to future stays.
