Extended Stay Suites is truly what the Hospitality industry should be everywhere.
Pros:

the front desk person Mrs Potts. When you hire the right people everything falls into place. During the winter storm I booked my son a room and due to some miscues on his part he did not have a valid ID. Mrs Potts went above and beyond the call of duty to help me by calling a supervisor to plead my case. The heat was off in his house and I was a bit desperate. I am so appreciative of her help and kindness that I will be a lifelong customer of Extended Stay. Thank you mrs Potts for your kindness on a cold night.

Everything was very good during our stay.

Cons:

We had a small issue with the snack vending machine, which fooled us, but we understand it was not the hotel’s fault, so we let it go. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The room was comfortable. Apart from loud neighbors all night.

Cons:

Lots of construction and a strange smell in the hall. The breakfast was coffee, and a couple of very unhealthy, high ingredient options (muffin and granola bar). I thought for the price there would a decent breakfast.
