Overall appearance of Hotel, decor is room is extremely outdated and not maintained. Dirty, spider webs in shower. Disgusting Hotel

Our first room was trashed, there were empty containers and the sheets were left a mess (clearly had not been cleaned), then our second room smelled horrible. Smelled so strongly of must, but we tried to give it a chance and fall asleep. Shortly after, we found small bite marks on our legs which became horribly itchy - suggesting bed bugs. We left immediately. However, what was arguably most disappointing, was our experience with management. After having to follow up twice to get ahold of management, we were told we would receive a call on Monday. Today I received a call where I was accused of lying, stating what I experienced was false because they didn't find any bed bugs. Which was odd because one of my previously phone calls with an employee, who stated, "oh there aren't bed bugs, only ants in there." When stating this, the manager said, "Oh well you didn't include that in your statement, so I don't know what to tell you." The manager continued to speak over me and raise his voice, and was clearly disinterested in us even trying to find a solution to the matter. That manager is just a great representation to the "amazing" stay you'll have there.

Nothing everything is great

Everything. From the start, everything was horrible. I already paid before coming and when I got there the guy at the front desk stated “if it’s charging, then it didn’t go through.” Then I was charged twice. Then he said “you’re right, it was already paid for” after he had already had me swiped my card twice. So now I had been charged three times. I had to wait 20-30 minutes for the system to reboot. I paid beforehand to avoid any issues at the front desk and make it faster to get my room keys. Walking up to the room was awful looking, you feel like you’re going to get mugged. The door wouldn’t close fully. The light wouldn’t turn on when you walk into the room, so I had to find one that worked in the dark. Three of the lights didn’t work. The kitchen counter was falling apart. Roaches in the room. Shower curtain too short wouldn’t keep water in. The toilet paper was never changed, so it was almost done. There were burn marks from someone smoking all over the room. The sheets were dirty. The carpet was filthy and had strange black marks all over. The chair in the room was slit. Lastly, the “breakfast” was a complete JOKE. I woke up early for no reason. Coffee and the smallest muffins. That is no breakfast. That wouldn’t even be considered continental. I’m so disappointed and I want my money back. For almost $100 a night, this place is HORRIBLE. Go somewhere else.

Beyond worn; key didn’t work after carrying my suitcase up the stairs but to then walk into the bathroom that someone had forgotten to flush…then you look around to seen burned laminate countertops and light bulbs full of dust. You get what you pay for so all my fault!

There should be one automatic opening door in the facility for handicapped people and for trying to bring the big carts in
Though if the staff was around they were helpful with the doors

The room was infested with roaches, and the room smelled really bad of marijuana.

No sleep first two nights, got room right next to lobby and the door to lobby was right outside our room and banged all night and all morning. When renting that room ("last rent") they should lock that door and put a note to use door right around corner. so customers can get sleep.
Moved after second night to room 308 and the TV didn't work and about 1/2" of daylight under door. Asked for TV to be fixed and was assured it would be. After being out all day, came back and TV didn't work. TERRIBLE
