Pros:

Room and property were clean. Close to restaurants and walking distance to shops.

Cons:

There was a surprise additional $50 deposit once you arrive. Very loud early morning construction on property. No breakfast included even though advertised.

Worst experience besides checking in
Pros:

Check in was pretty smooth but that was about it, the front desk staff was helpful and friendly except later at night really hard to find someone and your room key doesn't work. Stayed here trom March 20-24 and every day I had to go to front desk to get my key to work. The pictures you see aren't no longer what it looks like!!! You only get two flat pillows per bed, and asking for more they have none ..... no amenities either .... Except used ones ... Toilet paper you get one roll so use it wisely...... there's a kitchen in the room but no big trashcan...... from the moment you walk in you smell smoke luckily brought some air fresheners and whatnot. One night the guy next to our room offered my boyfriend to buy some weed .... And on Sunday my boyfriend was in the room when someone knocked telling him to tone it down with the fighting.... Mind you my boyfriend was in there folding laundry alone.... So many things that were just sketch. Breakfast def grab and go coffee and oatmeal. The tv in our room had a line through it .... The shower? Good luck getting hot water. Not possible. Toilet was dirty, bathroom sink too. All together wouldn't stay here again. You get what you paid for and even less. Very outdated, very sketch, not cleaned well. If you're looking for a place to sleep with one eye open and the other one closed this is the place for you! This place def needs some updating. Wouldn't stay here again.

Disappointed
Pros:

Staff was friendly, great location near gas and food

Cons:

Most uncomfortable bed I ever slept on , like sleeping on plywood. No blanket only sheets and sheet like bedspread. Reservation said room had couchbed, didnt get one. Law enforcement presense all day making the complex feel unsafe.

Disappointed in the room, old musty and stale smoke smell and no bathroom door.
Pros:

location was close to our convention center

Cons:

Our room did not have a bathroom door and as soon as we walked in all i could smell was stale smoke! We sprayed deodorizer but it must be in the carpets and drapes. It was very gross smell and we could not sleep it was so strong.
